OUR HOME
A few steps on our stone walkway will lead you to the front main entry door located on the upper level of this home. As you step into the front entry, you'll be greeted by a wonderful view looking all the way to the living room & beyond out to the Ocean view deck. The living room features a Smart TV, wood burning fireplace (wood not provided) & plush new sleeper sofa. Off the living room you will find our updated & fully stocked kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, dining area & bar seating. Off the kitchen is another deck with BBQ & outdoor seating.

Off the main entry is the Primary br with Ocean Views, new King size bed & Smart TV. The ensuite bath features granite counters, dual sinks, bonus vanity area for getting ready, and a surround shower. Further down the hallway is Br #2 which features a new Queen bed, Smart TV and access to the ensuite bathroom which also has access from the hallway. The ensuite bathroom granite counters and a surround shower with bench. There is a washer/dryer in the hallway for your use.

PARKING
There is a convenient attached 2 car carport suitable for larger vehicles. Overnight street parking is also available!

Our home is located just a 13 minute walk to the San Elijo State Beach that is swim & surf friendly, lifeguard tower, & a great spot to just relax on the sandy beach & soak in the San Diego sun!
• Shops & Dining
About a 10 minute walk will also get you to the Cardiff Town Center. Enjoy surf shops like Patagonia, grab a cup of coffee at Bump Coffee, treat yourself to a donut at VG Donut & Bakery, & visit Seaside Market for all your grocery needs. Guests will receive a comprehensive dining guide with seafood, Mexican, & Italian options like Pacific Coast Grill, Las Olas, Besta Wan Pizza & Cicciotti's.

Take advantage of fun daytime activities at San Elijo State Beach including fishing, snorkeling, swimming, surfing, & windsurfing! Golfers, we are about 10 minute drive to Encinitas Ranch golf course.
• Attractions
Take a 15 minute trip down south to the famous Del Mar Race Track or beautiful Torrey Pines State Reserve and Golf Course. ~25 minutes north head for a fun family day at LEGOLAND California. Other top attractions within about a 30 minute drive include Sea World San Diego, San Diego Zoo, and the Gaslamp District in Downtown San Diego.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, WiFi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
