You'll find all the amenities, including clothes washer and dryer, a stocked kitchen, wifi, etc. We designed this property for comfort and convenience! Grocery stores and restaurants are minutes away. Distilleries, cideries and many great gathering places are super close. The property is great for graduations, sporting events, Arts Fest and many other events at Penn State!

Whiteout Weekend

Our group stayed at this property for the 2024 Penn State Whiteout. House was very comfortable and well appointed. We spent Friday night cooking in and visiting and the house was very well set up for that. Very clean and compliments on the decor. Had some time Sunday morning to have breakfast together before all heading to our separate homes again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Tom and Heather’s place is a beautiful home just outside of Bellefonte in a great neighborhood. It is 10 minutes from State College. They made checking in easy and responded quickly with a couple of minor questions that I had. The home is pretty new construction and is immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. The living area was great for having coffee in the morning and for watching games on their big screen TV, located just over a cozy natural gas fireplace. I would very highly recommend this home for your next visit to State College or Bellefonte!
