✨ Spacious 3-Bed, 2-Bath Condo with Mountain Views, Pool, Spa, gym & steam room✨
This beautifully appointed condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 1 king bed in the master and 2 queen beds in the other rooms. The master bedroom also includes a work desk, perfect for remote work or planning your adventures.
Each bedroom comes with its own TV, ensuring ultimate comfort and privacy for you, your family, or your friends. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
Located on the 3rd floor, the condo offers stunning mountain views from the private patio, where you’ll also find a BBQ grill for your outdoor cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals at home.
Guests also have access to excellent on-site amenities, including a pool, spa, steam room, and gym — everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Shuttle service also available ($).
**The hot tub will be closed starting May 9, 2025, until the pool envelope replacement project is completed.
Guest Access:
Guests will have use of the entire condo, the shared hot tub, the shared pool/spa area, the shared gym and all common spaces in the Silver Rock building.
**The hot tub, steam room and pool will be closed starting May 9, 2025, until the pool envelope replacement project is completed. It is expected to remain unavailable until Christmas 2025**

The Silver Rock Condos is located in one of Fernie’s most convenient in‑town spots — perfectly positioned between the historic downtown and the world‑class terrain of Fernie Alpine Resort. Guests enjoy the ease of being close to everything while still tucked into a quiet, scenic residential area.

• Located on McDonald Avenue, just off Highway 3
• Set in a peaceful neighbourhood with beautiful mountain views
• A short walk or quick drive to Fernie’s shops, trails, and restaurants
🚗 Distances to Key Attractions
• Fernie Alpine Resort: ~5 minutes by car
• Downtown Fernie: ~3 minutes by car or a 15–20 minute walk
• Grocery stores & essentials: 3–5 minutes away, by car.
• Local trails (e.g., Fairy Creek Falls): very close by.

• Close enough to town for easy access to dining, coffee, and shopping
• Far enough from the main strip to feel calm and residential
