Welcome to Lime Kiss Unit B.

This stunningly decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the upper-level unit of the Lime Kiss beach duplex.

The pool located in the backyard is "SHARED" with the lower-level condo (Lime Kiss Unit A),

Located steps to the beach on Anna Maria Island. You'll enjoy full Gulf of Mexico views from your balcony that spans the spacious living area.

Bonus PRIVATE ROOF TOP DECK with views of the entire island!

Prepare a home cooked meal using the stainless-steel appliances and sit down at your dining room table and breakfast bar area.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and a sweet little balcony for those late-night star gazing sessions. The grand bathroom features a walk-in shower with his/her sinks.

Across the hall you will find 2 rooms, one with a set of twin beds and one with a queen size bed. Each room is equipped with plenty of storage space.

The living room area has plenty of room for the whole family to cozy up and watch a movie or sit around and play a board game!

Enjoy the breeze off the balcony or stroll downstairs to the pool to take a dip! Pool heat is included!

Only the upper-level condo Lime Kiss Unit B has an ELEVATOR located in the garage. The lower-level condo Lime Kiss Unit A does not.

PLEASE NOTE: that if the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason, stairs will be the only means of access to the upper-level floor.

The condo comes with a private single car garage and driveway in front that can together fit up to 3 standard size vehicles.

Inside the garage, there are beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach cart for guest use.

Overall stay was fantastic! Our only complaint was that there were cleaners/contractors in the top unit every day. They started banging on walls at 7am, moving furniture, etc and they wouldn’t leave until about 6pm. It was odd because that was the original unit that we rented, but had to move to accommodate the owners of the home. There was great communication and they did allow for us to check in a little early which really helped out. I would stay here again but would make sure to have the top unit to ensure we didn’t hear noise above us.

The house was very clean and decorated nicely. There was an incredible view from one set of sliding glass doors in the living room of the ocean when you walk in, and it’s very convenient to the beach. They had all the supplies, beach, chairs, umbrella, etc. that we could’ve needed. This would be a great place if you have little kids and don’t want to haul them and supplies needed for a beach day very far. They even had a cart where you could wheel all the beach supplies. It was quiet. The elevator does not work, so if you have heavy luggage, you have to pack it up 3 flights of stairs. FYI. Overall very nice and would stay again!

Spacious, well-equipped, and nicely laid out. No bedrooms share a wall with the other ones. The observation deck gives you a beautiful view of the sunrise (inner coastal) and sunset (beach). Good soaking pool and comfortable outdoor spaces. Super quiet.

We truly appreciated the space and the location. We could walk to one end of the street and watch the sun rise, or from the rooftop deck...and walk the other way just a few steps to the beach, and the free trolley stops are very close.
