Welcome to our newly renovated three bedroom, one bathroom bayside rental, perfect for your getaway or extended stay in the heart of the Villas.

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, our home offers a warm and inviting atmosphere ideal for families or groups of friends.

Open Floor Plan - Living Room/Dining/Kitchen:
>The interior boasts a tastefully decorated living space with ample natural light, creating a cozy ambiance throughout. Living Room has a Smart TV, house has its own Netflix & Xfinity cable account available to be used for our guests. Any other apps (Hulu, HBO Max, etc) guests have can be used on the Smart TV. (Make sure to log out once finished. There are also indoor card and board games available to be played with your family.

>The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious meals, which you can enjoy at the kitchen island (seats 4) dining room table (seats 8) or outdoors on the private deck. Pots, pans, plates, utensils, cookware, bakeware, Tea Kettle, Keurig with refillable pods, spices/seasonings are included. Dishwasher Pods/Paper towels/Napkins/Medium Size trash bags are stocked for first few days of your stay; please replenish as needed for yourself and next guest.

>Front entryway closet offers ample storage for coats, sweaters & shoes. Brooms, dustpans, swifers available for use on the first floor. Also are extra disposable grocery/shopping bags to used during your stay.

Bedrooms:
Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with plush bedding and ample storage space with dressers & closets, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring nearby attractions. The touch lamps and outlets are USB enabled so you can charge your phones. All linens are provided. There are laundry baskets in each bedroom.

Bathroom:
>The bathroom is sleek and functional, equipped with a shower and all necessary amenities for your convenience. It has a double sink and will come stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper. Once used, please replenish for yourself and for next guests.
>In Linen Closet are bath towels, hand towels and washcloths available for your use. Please put all used bath towels/linens in laundry basket in bathroom before checkout.

>Bathroom 2 Single Sink located directly across from bedroom 4. Equipped with a shower and all necessary amenities for your convenience.

Washer/Dryer:
>There is a stackable washer & dryer with quick wash and dry settings in hallway closet near bathroom. Also available are brooms and swifer mops available to be used in the home. Guests will bring their own Detergent.

Outdoors:
Outside, our property includes a back deck with seating for 8, spacious backyard with a barbecue grill, fire pit and an outdoor shower, with environmentally safe soap, shampoo & conditioner. Shed:
Available to all visitors are also Outdoor Games, Beach Chairs and Beach Cruiser Bikes! 2 Beach passes for Stone Harbor beach are included too!

Conveniently located just a short walk from local restaurants as well as the bayside
beach & waterfront which will present you with the best sunsets New Jersey has to offer! We are 8 houses from the Bay, you can hear the water from our home! Every night at sunset walk down to the beach and watch with your family!
