Highpoint North 2-A is a stylish beachfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two bathroom condo has two furnished balconies, one overlooking the outdoor pool and sundeck and the picturesque ocean. The other balcony faces the bayside. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Highpoint North 2-A is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The beautiful living room is furnished with two leather sofas, a leather armchair with ottoman, two matching swivel chairs and a flat-screen television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for delicious meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a small breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, a private bathroom and access to the balcony. The large second bedroom has two pyramid beds and a television. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to 8 people, so bring the whole family!

Great place!

Great pool and beach access. Great location. Only thing I didn’t like was the loud window AC units, especially the ones on the balcony

wonderful week!

we loved staying in this unit at high point north! it was very spacious for our family of 4 and very well equipped in the kitchen. The furniture is comfortable and overall very nicely decorated. The back deck overlooks the ocean and we enjoyed sitting there in the mornings. There is a large table on the front deck as well which was nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there again! Thanks for a terrific week!!!

Check in was quick and easy. The kitchen has a coffeemaker with an attached kcup machine so you will want to bring grounds and kcups. You will need the cone shaped filters. Bring a can opener as the one there doesn't work properly. This condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay and are planning to return next summer. Thank you for sharing your piece of Paradise with us!

All was great , excellent location and very happy with unit. We definitely would come back. Only issue was that the cleaning service was extremely poor. One of the Bathrooms wasn’t cleaned at all. By the time they were going to get a cleaning crew out we were moved in and it was too late . We decided to just clean it ourselves With covid we expected extra care given to cleaning not substandard.

Great location, building, and sleeping arrangement!

With new flooring/carpet, this would easily be 5-star worthy (you may have to look past the stains). I loved the bedroom arrangements, fully stocked supplies. And most importantly...location, location, location. This is the best area of OC and this building has great amenities. The Wi-Fi and tv's were up to date and the porch on bayside was a huge plus for getting/keeping our beach gear ready to go. I would definitely rent this unit again, but I will remember to bring my own toaster (theirs didn't work) and $30 cash for a parking permit.

We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! We will gladly speak with the owner about the carpet. As for the toaster, your are more than welcome to give us a call if something does not work. We keep maintenance on staff until 10pm until summer in case something like this happens. That said, we will let the owner know their toaster no longer works and advise them to purchase a new one (toasters are a requirement in our rental program). We would love to have you back!
