A special place in Downeast Maine. A new house where you can sit and relax and enjoy the things that make this place special. The house sits on a beautiful narrow peninsula where there is hardly any traffic. You have the bay across the street and you can enjoy their beautiful sunsets. The boat ramp is just quarter mile down the down the road from this dead end street. Rogues Bluff state park is just minutes away. Machias is eight miles away also. This new house has three bedrooms on the second floor with two full baths. Also half bath on the first floor. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. There is a small porch on the front and back of the house with lawn chairs. We have washer and dryer down stairs next to the kitchen. The house is completely furnished with towels, linens and all the necessities of home. Even a new grill for outside barbecuing. High speed internet is also installed at my new house. If you want the best look no farther. Thank you

Fell in love with this area as a child, and built this house so other people can experience the best of downeast Maine. As you can see from renting to people with pets, I have had a bad experience, first family, left the house covered with dog hair, even on curtains and bed linens. I love dogs but the tennant has to be responsible. Thank you James
