Nicest property we've ever rented. Great location and close to the beach. Nice outdoor amenities. The owner's were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We look forward to staying at this home again!

Fantastic home, 5 stars. We had a family of 4 with two college age kids, another family of 4 with two middle/elementary school age kids, and 2 parent/grandparents. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The double kitchen was perfect for ability to cook large holiday meals without stepping on each other. Pool was an heated to an amazing 90 deg, exactly what we needed for a Xmas day swim. Bikes and beach toys/chairs were very nice to have. Quiet neighborhood, with easy walk to beach, yet stores are only 5 min away. And everyone at the agency was extremely responsive and beyond helpful. Look forward to coming back again!

Spring break 2025

We stayed with two other families that are close friends. The house is amazing. The pool and back yard are even more amazing. Very short walk to beach access and the best sand in the world. We are all looking forward to coming back next year.

Fabulous beach house

Honestly we are big group and we try travel together most times, this house by far is the best place we have ever stayed in. Brand new, management is above and beyond. Highly recommend it.

Perfect NYE getaway!

Overall we had a fantastic stay. The space was perfect. The house was so spread out which made it great for all ages to have a quiet space when needed. The pool, sand volleyball, putting green were all so fun! The game room was a quiet little reprieve too. The proximity to the beach was amazing!!! Since it is so new there were only a few minor tweaks, could use some dressers, nightstands, along with additional blankets. But the property manager was quick to respond when we did request blankets etc. We will definitely be back!

Labor Day weekend

Great place for our family and pets. Beautifully furnished with everything we needed. Loved the huge kitchen, open plan, so spacious. Updated technology! Outside was wonderful- amazing pool. Neighborhood safe and quiet, beach access easy. The only things to help would be- a golf cart to carry beach chairs/umbrellas. Beds need additional blankets/comforters maybe in closets. Leave a vacuum in house for cleaning. Add dressers to bedrooms for clothes. Best place we have ever rented!! Thank you!!

This property was perfect for a large group who want some separation. 1 Grandfather and 2 adult children with spouses, toddlers, and infants. We really enjoyed the easy access, though not direct, to the beach. The pool, and the size of the common areas were big hits with cool features. Our only complaint was that the party before us had mistreated the pool, and it took 2 days to get it cleaned up. The host was responsive though and did get the pool company out a day earlier than scheduled. Putting Green was a blast. If you had teenagers, the volleyball would have been great too. Game room is not as welcoming as in the picture. It is just off of the garage, not from the main house. Games work. We would definitely stay here again. The double kitchen is great. Take 2 days to figure out where the silverware is. It is a big kitchen!

Brady Bunch Summer Memories

The Brady Bunch home exceeded our expectations in every way! The home was immaculate offering spacious living, and a well equipped double kitchen & dining.
