Welcome to The Lakehouse at The Holly Cabins! This Waterfront house is located on the Fulton Chain of Lakes channel half a mile from downtown Old Forge. This property offers a private dock where you can dock your boat or go fishing, a swimming area with a shallow beach, a firepit located near the lake, and a lean-to overlooking the lake.
The house has a large deck facing the water with a picnic table and gas BBQ grill. The main floor has 2 living rooms, kitchen and dining rooms all with views of the lake, and a laundry area. There are two bedrooms on this level-Bedroom #1 with one Queen bed, Bedroom #2 with one Queen bed. There are two full baths on this level - one has a walk-in shower, the other has a tub and walk-in shower.
The finished basement level has two Bedrooms and a full Bath with walk-in shower and additional laundry area. Bedroom #3 with one Queen bed. Bedroom #4 with one Queen bed and one Twin bed. There is plenty of parking.
Note: For larger groups (reunions, weddings and larger family and friends’ gatherings), The Lakehouse may be rented together with the 3 neighboring properties: Larch Lakehouse, Evergreen Lodge, and Tamarack Cottage - all 4 properties are part of The Holly Cabins. No Sheets or Towels are provided.
