Villa Yannis is a hospitable, traditional 4-bedroom Villa with a private pool of about 27 sq m in the small village of Asteri. Two bedrooms with a double bed, two bedrooms with twin beds, and two bathrooms are provided.

The villa is located 3 km from the sandy beach and 14 km from the lovely town of Rethymno. One mini market and one tavern are located less than 100 meters away (in the center of Asteri), while a few more taverns, restaurants and one big supermarket are located 2 km away from the villa.

Villa Yannis offers a lovely open plan area with a living room corner, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen. One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a common bathroom with a bathtub are provided on the ground floor of the Villa. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom are provided on the upper floor. A common bathroom with Jacuzzi is also offered on the upper floor.

All guests can enjoy a private pool of 27 sq m with sun loungers and umbrellas. An outdoor sitting table under a pergola and a barbecue corner are offered.

Air-condition is provided in every bedroom and in the open plan area. Free wireless internet is also provided. Plasma satellite TV, dishwasher, and washing machine are also available.

Super Villa und herzlicher Gastgeber

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Yannis. Es war alles wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zum sehen. Der Gastgeber Yannis war super herzlich und kam regelmäßig vorbei um zu schauen ob wir zufrieden waren. Auch die Kinder haben sich nach kurzen schon auf seinen Besuch gefreut😁. Die Villa liegt etwa 5 Minuten vom Meer entfernt in einem kleinen Ort. Verschiedene Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und es gibt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant etwa 50m von der Villa entfernt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden!
