About this property
Beautiful Neighborhood 3BD home
Relax with your group at our peaceful home in a great neighborhood just 15 minutes north of downtown Nashville. We are 5 minutes from Rivergate Mall and tons of restaurants and plenty parks or golf, but only 15 minutes to all Broadway and downtown Nashville have to offer.
Parking: 2 cars will fit in the driveway and there is plenty of first come first serve street parking out front in the cul-de-sac. (The garage is not accessible for guests).
Layout of the home: Living room and kitchen area (we have two coffee pots, a Keurig and drip coffee maker). There is an outside table and umbrella with seating for 2. The washer and dryer are just off the kitchen.
Bathroom #1 is in the hall. Full bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom #1-Queen bed
Bedroom #2- Qty-2 twin size bunk beds.
Bedroom #3- King bed with walk in closet and en-suite full bathroom.

To keep the property comfy and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few quick guidelines:
Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.
No smoking indoors 🚭: To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.
Treat the space with care 🏡: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.
We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as we’re unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.

We provide a small starter set of essentials to get y’all going:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
2 rolls of paper towels
1 cleaning sponge
1 travel-size bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K-cups or a small bag of coffee grounds ☕
Heads-up: Being in the city means you might hear some fun city sounds like trains, buses, cars, and general street vibes—it’s all part of the Nashville experience! 🎸
