Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The Perfect Getaway

Beautiful House Property

We had a great stay at this beautiful VRBO in Marco Island. The house was clean, modern, and very well-stocked with everything we needed. The pool area was a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine. We did have a small issue getting into the house initially and had to use the backup key, which was a bit inconvenient, but once we were in, everything else went smoothly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Pool and spa was not heated as we requested. Property manager attempted to have pool company assess on the first day but we were never able to sit in the hot tub or swim since the water was too cold. Very disappointed since the pool was one of the reasons for choosing this rental over others. Front door key didn’t work so we had to access into the house only through the garage. Otherwise, the house was beautiful with enough room for 5 adults guests.

Outstanding Property

We previously owned a property on Marco Island and now rent frequently every year. This home was the best one yet. The attention to detail on all aspects that the property owners have thought of was exceptional. From the Indoor & Patio Furniture, Kitchen supplies, Bedding, Pool area, etc. We will be staying here again, and I would highly recommend it.

The house and location were great. However, we paid to have the pool heated every day and it was never heated above 73 degrees. The dishwasher was broken - which was previously reported a month ago- and we never heard back on getting it repaired. The water filter on the fridge was over 3 mos past replacement. There was only one roll of paper towels and no tissues. The spa never heated above the pool temperature and the jets never came on. The communication with Vacasa was very poor and as we leave we still havent heard back on the dishwasher.

The property is beautiful and generally very clean. A few sheets were not clean upon arrival, but having a washer and dryer on-site made this manageable.However, there were several issues that negatively impacted our stay. The hot tub is shown prominently in the listing photos, but it is not available for use. This was disappointing and felt misleading, especially since it influenced our decision to book. When asked, Vacasa explained that they cannot intervene in the property owner’s policies.In addition, the dishwasher was broken and could not be repaired during our three-day stay. The only option was to wash dishes manually with the sponge and dish soap already provided, which made us wonder if the owners knew of this issue beforehand. The refrigerator’s water dispenser also did not work properly, and the filter replacement light was constantly on.On the positive side, the home was well-stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen utensils, which we appreciated.Overall, while the property itself has potential, the combination of misleading amenities and unresolved maintenance issues made the experience less than ideal.

Making Memories in Marco

We had a mostly enjoyable stay at this vacation home on Marco Island. The house itself is well-designed, spacious, and clean, with a nice layout featuring three separate living areas, which provided plenty of room for our group to spread out. The beds were comfortable, and all the bathrooms were modern and well-maintained, which we greatly appreciated. However, there were some notable issues. The kitchen was a major letdown—ants were present throughout the house, including the kitchen, which was frustrating. Additionally, many plates and kitchen items were put away dirty, some with food still on them, requiring us to wash everything before use. This was a significant inconvenience and detracted from the overall experience. Another minor annoyance was the lack of a garage door opener. Having to manually open and close the garage doors each time was cumbersome and unexpected for a property of this caliber. On the positive side, the location was great, with easy access to Marco Island’s attractions. Overall, this is a lovely home with a lot of potential, but the kitchen cleanliness and ant issue need to be addressed to make it a truly exceptional stay. I’d recommend it with the caveat that these issues are resolved.
