Our home was built in 1998 and received a $400,000 plus renovation which was completed October 2016. Every bathroom was gutted to the studs, new kitchen, new pool, new hot tub, new roof, new picture window screened lanai, new ...... Even down to every baseboard, plug, wall switch, door knob and hinge. All furniture is also new and selected by top interior decorator in SW Fl.

Two stand up/sit down desks added 12/21 (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs)

Three 65 inch hi definition TV's in living room, master bedroom and the upstairs sitting area. Each of the other 3 bedrooms have 50 inch flat screens.

Pool has a hot tub that easily fits 8 people with what is arguably the finest sunset view in Florida. Pool is easily operated by $2,500 Aqualink system with panel in living room.

New floating dock added for easy use of the 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Every amenity provided including coolers, fishing rods, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and 5+ bicycles. You will not want to leave even to go to the BEACH!

PS: We ONLY Book thru VRBO so if ever asked to book directly do not wire or send any funds! We have seen recent Facebook scams and other Phishing attempts and simply don't want anyone to get burned!

Great Week in Marco!

Stayed at this location for one week with family and friends to celebrate an engagement! The house was the perfect size for 8 adults- well appointed and lots of space! This house was the perfect stay for us and our adult children. Everyone had privacy, but plenty of space to gather as a family too. 20th anniversary celebration with friends

This beautiful house with a pool on the canal was a perfect landing spot for our anniversary getaway with friends. We renewed our vows on the dock even! Each couple had their own bedroom and a shower/ bathroom. We made amazing memories in the pool area. Great place to land in between visits to the beach! The view was incredible for sunset. I attached a couple photos right from the house dock. We fished off the dock and we all used the coolers, chairs, fishing gear!! Book it right now! Would go again.

Stunning Home with Unbeatable Views – Felt Like Coming Home!As former Marco Island residents returning for a family vacation, this home was everything we hoped for—and more. Beautifully renovated, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished, it had plenty of space for our family of six (2 adults, 4 kids) and felt instantly welcoming.The southwest-facing pool and spa were the stars of the show—sun all day and unforgettable sunset views over the wide water. We loved the dock, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods, and bikes, which gave us endless ways to enjoy the island. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the tech features (TVs, pool controls, etc.) were top-notch.After living on Marco for 15 years, this place brought back all the best memories—it truly felt like home. We’ll be back next summer and highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a luxury stay in a perfect location.

$400,000 renovation completed in October 2016. Everything and I do mean every single thing is NEW! Beds are top of the line, pool/hot tub feature best views on Marco and the sunsets are to die for.

What makes this property unique

The views from our home are literally some of the finest in Florida. During the day you have a quarter mile of open water. At night, you have all of the high rises along the beach lighting up the horizon. It is the best of both worlds! We face West so the back of the house captures the essence of every sunset perfectly. as you enjoy a swim in the pool, a dip in the hot tub, fishing from the lite dock or a cold beverage to end a perfect day!

The house sits on Landmark Bay (the largest open and deepest body of water within Marco Island) so there is no house looking in at you. Complete privacy out the back.!
