Absolutely phenomenal experience! I had to live in Jax for two weeks for grad school and this was the perfect spot. So grateful for such a kind and understanding host. He was always attentive and quick to respond. The price was great considering I was living here for 16 days. It was close yet far enough that I had options. San Marco was such a nice area too! I definitely look forward to staying here again next summer!

Had a great one night stay. Suite is clean, functional, and in a nice quite neighborhood that is a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping in San Marcos square. Had a good porter at the VooDoo Brewery for a night cap and enjoyed a nice breakfast on the patio of Southern Grounds Coffee shop. Suite is as described and pictured. We'll look to stay here again if in the area.

Nicely renovated with updated bath and appliances.

Cute little place. It suited our needs for price and to be close to the town that has shops and restaurants and is close to the river. The owner communicated promptly to all my questions.

This is a great option for staying near downtown. We were attending a concert at Vystar, and were able to easily get to the water taxi stop and avoid driving and parking downtown. The apartment is super clean, kitchen is stocked (Keurig coffee maker) and the bathroom was well laid out. Perfect stay for a couple or single or 2 friends. Very happy with communication with host and will save this property for any future stays! I do recommend bringing your own pillows, the ones there flatten super fast. San Marco has some awesome restaurants and there is a Publix close by.

Why they chose this property

I chose San Marco because it offers an ideal combination of location, charm, convenience, and walkability. It is one of Jacksonville’s most desirable neighborhoods, known for its beautiful historic character, local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, parks, and easy access to the St. Johns River.

The neighborhood provides guests with a more authentic Jacksonville experience while still being conveniently located near Downtown, the Southbank, hospitals, major businesses, and popular attractions. I also appreciate the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and the balance between residential charm and things to do.

For a short term rental, San Marco is especially appealing because guests can enjoy the neighborhood on foot while having quick access to the rest of Jacksonville. It is a great choice for visitors looking for a comfortable home base, whether they are traveling for business, visiting family, enjoying Jacksonville’s attractions, or simply exploring the city.

What makes this property unique

What makes this property unique is the combination of comfort, style, location, and a true neighborhood experience. The space is thoughtfully designed to feel like a comfortable home rather than a typical short term rental, with a clean, modern atmosphere and everything guests need for a relaxing stay.

Its location in San Marco is one of its biggest advantages. Guests can enjoy a charming, walkable neighborhood with great restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and local attractions, while remaining just minutes from Downtown Jacksonville and other major destinations.
