This was an excellent apartment and right in the heart of St. John's. Can't get better than this. Clean, attentive, and absolutely splendid location and space.

This property is very large and in a wonderful location on Water Street. In summer, the road is closed to traffic for a lively pedestrian mall. However, at night and through the morning the area is very quiet so you can sleep in undisturbed.There are lots of nearby shops, pubs, and cafes and there are several tourist activities accessible on foot or by transit if you did not bring a vehicle. If the pedestrian mall is open, your taxi will be able to drop you nearby but it is only a very short walk to the accommodation. If you bring a car, the host provides directions to nearby parking.The value of the property relative to hotels is great. Check in was easy. My fight was delayed and I arrived around 2:30 am and was easily able to get access to the building. Do not hesitate to book this property, especially if you are travelling with friends or as a family. There are two bedrooms and all the comforts of home.
