Experience the charm of historic city centre St. John's in a completely renovated, bright, and modern townhouse. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house makes a comfortable and inviting place to stay while visiting St. John's. Just a short walk from the house you will find city centre tourist attractions, restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

The main floor features an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining room along with access to the fully fenced backyard. Additionally, you'll find a conveniently situated half bathroom on this floor. Upstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms. The master is spacious and has a queen sized bed along with a walk-in closet and ensuite with shower-tub combination. The remaining two bedrooms are furnished with double beds each, and one of them includes a desk and chair, perfect for a comfortable workspace. To complete the upper level there is another full bathroom with a tub-shower combination as well.

The house features 3 window AC units. One in the main area and one in two of the three bedrooms upstairs.

This place was very spacious and close to everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. I’d recommend this property to anyone visiting St. John’s. Specifically great for anyone needing separate spaces or visiting for a conference.

The location was great and we really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and bathroom. It would have been helpful if the host had provided a handbook on what was expected on checkout. I feel the host could have been more responsive.

We stayed at this property for George Street festival in 2026. The location is top-notch for getting to and from the festival every day. Less than a 10 minute walk and close to all the downtown sites. It’s located on a steep incline however and required us to take lots of stairs to get there so isn’t the most accessible for folks with mobility challenges. We had an issue with one of the bedroom doors not latching properly and the host responded promptly and sent somebody to fix it for us early on in our stay. Outside of the beds not being to most comfortable, we have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our family of four - kitchen was well stocked with the basics for pots, pans, utensils and a few pantry items. The house was comfortable (window air conditioners helped!), clean, and just a few minutes walk from the bustle of George St… although it’s a steep uphill to the house! Great home base for our stay.
