The kitchen includes concrete countertops, dishwasher, fridge, water dispenser, and center island with bar stools ideal for everyday living and hosting.
Beyond the kitchen, you will find a convenient main floor bathroom, laundry room, and mudroom with direct access to a private and fully fenced backyard. Step outside to enjoy the patio complete with a seasonal barbeque and comfortable sectional seating.

I was born and lived in St. John's, Newfoundland most of life and decided to return home after spending a decade in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I am love sports, music, and traveling. I know this city inside and out which will help make your stay authentic.

Past the kitchen you will find the main floor bathroom, laundry, and mudroom which leads out to a fenced yard with a seasonal barbeque and patio sectional.

The second bedroom is a nice and cozy room with a double/full bed and brand new Endy mattress. The third bedroom is nice and cozy room with a queen bed.
