The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave keys on the table and pull door closed when you leave. Be sure the door closes completely Please be sure to turn off all lights Please check that all windows and patio doors are locked
During the winter please never turn off the heat on the downstairs thermostat. It should stay on Auto and heat setting set to 65 degrees minimum. Never below.
In case of very cold weather during the winter months, please also leave upstairs heating unit on heat setting set to 65 as well . All other times this upstairs unit should be Turned off
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Loud Music at any time. No smoking ever indoors.
All Doors and windows must be closed when exiting the apt at any time.
During the winter the heating unit on lower floor should be left on "auto" and "heat" and no lower than 68 degrees. It should never be turned off.

The upper east side is a very safe and quiet neighborhood with parks and restaurants as well as shopping and easy transportation to other parts of the city.

This beautiful apt features a two level space with a half bathroom on the lower level as well as a full bathroom on the upper level.

The apt also includes a terrace for some fresh air and relaxation.

Most hotels and apts in NYC are very small and don’t offer any outdoor space.

The apt is comfortable and quiet and close to transportation. The apt is also close to Central Park as well as The Met and many restaurants and coffee shops. Also, only a few minutes to Times Square and anywhere else you may want to go in NYC.

Subways, buses, as well as Uber and taxis are easily accessible and ready to take you wherever you may want to go 24 hours a day.
