Vista Cay Resort : House & Resort rules

We want to welcome you at our beautiful resort. In order that all guest can enjoy their stay, the resort implemented some strict house and resort rules :

- Quiet hours are from 11PM till 9AM. No loud gatherings or parties are allowed inside the property or on the resort
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed in the property
- Onsite roving patrol and security
- NO PETS allowed inside the property !
- NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed inside the property or in public areas on the resort, this includes e-cigarettes and medical marijuana
- If you wish to BBQ grill, there are grills available on the resort. Grills are NOT allowed on the property balcony or lanai.
- No candles are allowed inside the property
- To access the resort amenities, you need an amenity pass to enter. These passes are provided inside your property at the entrance or kitchen counter in a display holder. Passes might have advertisement on them. Passes can be shared between guests, it is not required that each guest has a pass when using the amenity.
- Pool towels are provided inside the property, make sure to return all towels back to the property when used outside. Missing and badly stained linen will be charged.
- EV charging : there are EV charging stations on the resort, it`s not allowed use the power of the property.

Great location. Room was nice. We wanted to cancel with a refund due to COVID19 but was told we could not get a refund. Only was able to communicate by email. No one answers the phone. Only answered my text when i told them we would not be canceling because we could not get a refund. Will not be staying with them again.

We were there on New Year’s Eve & it was amazing place at midnight. There were fireworks all around the horizon. I’ve never seen that many fireworks at once. The location is in between many of the parks so there were literally fireworks everywhere you looked.

Short Christmas Getaway~

We got there and it was very nice and cozy, perfect for what we wanted. Bathrooms were spacious and I loved that. Loved the area and very close to attractions and many restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. Plenty of parking and very clean. Cable TV had a great variety of channels.

Thank you for having us! It was a perfect location to everything especially since we were there for a convention. I also found Liberty Hair and Nail Salon just around the corner. I made an online appt and got right in. Myra was the best. So knowledgeable and very inexpensive to get my mani/padi done! NYC Pizza was delicious and would highly recommend this place! We stayed a week. We did not want for anything. Thank you again!

It's perfectly located close to work, but out of the tourist traffic. A comfy bed and well appointed kitchen, along with a wonderful lake with a walking path makes this a great place to spend a business trip. My only complaint is the wifi is spotty, which was the case the first time I rented this place. There is a nonsecure wifi server from a local resort that I was able to use the the apt. wifi was being stubborn, but I do wish they would resolve this since I am working in the apartment at times. Overall I like this place and hope to rent it again for another upcoming trip.

Great Location

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this apartment while working at a theme park nearby. It is out of the tourist traffic, quiet and well appointed. I especially like the walking path around the lake. The WiFi has not been consistent both times I’ve stayed and I do wish that would be resolved as I am trying to work remotely, but there was a reliable, albeit unsecured, WiFi option in the area. I have one more trip to Orlando before the end of the year and hope to again rent this place.

Way better than staying in a hotel. One small suggestion is to bring your own towels as the ones there are pretty small and thin. Maybe the owner will make this small investment which would have made our stay absolutely perfect. Still 5 stars for all the other great features.

The Master Shower Door needs repair. The Towels need to replaced - No reason to have old thin towels, I should have gone out and bought new towels I was so disappointed every shower. I could not recommend this property for someone on vacation. I could recommend for a work trip and they needed to be close to the convention center.
