Classic Tahoe Charm! Dogs OK! Close to Everything!

Enjoy an unforgettable stay with all the amenities you could want and need for that relaxing vacation you deserve! This cabin is CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! It’s located just three short blocks to the lake, within one block of four excellent restaurants, only one mile from the casinos, and three minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort. There’s even a shuttle pick up just two blocks away to escort you to Heavenly Ski Resort – how convenient is that?!

We have a large fully fenced-in backyard, perfect for your pup! The backyard also has a picnic table, outdoor chairs and a log swing.

The front exterior of this home is monitored by a video camera. The Property has one security camera facing the front yard/driveway area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons only and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.

There is a noise monitor device inside the cabin, required by the local ordinance, that monitors sound decibels 24/7, but does not record audio.

City of South Lake Tahoe Permit #332521

The US Post Office does not deliver to our cabin. FedEx and UPS *might* deliver to the cabin, but this is not guaranteed. There is a local post office where you are welcome to purchase a PO Box if you plan to expect packages from USPS during your stay.

Nick is a graphic designer and Tamara is an insurance professional. We were both born and raised in the Sacramento area and have been spoiled by the beauty and amenities Lake Tahoe has to offer. Nick grew up skiing and snowboarding the mountains of Tahoe since he was a young child. When the snow season is over, we both love to visit Lake Tahoe to kayak, paddleboard and hike in the summer. We both also love to “try our luck” from time to time at the casinos and feast at the buffets! We truly hope you love staying at our cabin as much as we do and return with your family and friends to make many memories up here!

You will feel right at home at this cabin with all the amenities you need for your stay. Bring the whole family! There’s a kitchen complete with a coffee maker, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishes and pots and pans so you can enjoy home cooked meals during your stay.

There are 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), a charming “lake loft” (with two twin beds) and a queen sized sleeper sofa. Don’t worry about packing too much because there are extra blankets, pillows, linens here waiting for you! You’ll love the wood burning fireplace to keep you warm on those chilly winter nights.
