Peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bath South Lake Tahoe retreat on a quiet, tree-lined street just 6 minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort and steps from Bijou Meadow. The main living area has a comfy living room with large TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dining for six and a wood burning stove. The primary bedroom has a king-sized adjustable bed and en suite bathroom. These are also two beautifully appointed queen bedrooms, one with a workspace and printer, that share a full bath with tub and shower. The fenced yard has a BBQ, dining table for four and patio heater. Garage with drink fridge, storage, and driveway with parking for 4 vehicles. Pet-friendly, on a school bus route with early plowing, next to two conservation lots. 4 min to shops, restaurants, and trails. This is a 30 day minimum rental.
