Amazing place to stay for NYC visit. Just across the river! Very clean and comfortable beds and clean and comfortable bathrooms and kitchen is nice too. Lots of extra beds. Perfect for a family large or small!

overall the house itself was very clean ! Though the host is very unresponsive ,so don’t even bother asking questions he probably won’t respond back. The check in time was also 4pm and the house keeper was there till almost 7 finishing up the house which was a bit odd so he was just in the middle of the way while we arrived.

Decent for the price

We booked this property for our trip to NYC. The location was not far aside from the tunnel traffic due to repairs.Commuting to and from NYC was between 40minutes to 2 hours.The exterior of the property was not mowed or cleaned up. There was an old book shelf/trash and glass in the drive way. The host also allowed a neighbor to park their van in the front yard of the property without letting us know until we reported it. The inside needs a good deep cleaning.I will say the host was very prompt responding during our stay. But prior to our stay the communication with the host took long periods to get responses and often required a follow up message after waiting a day or so to get a response.We were not given any check in information until 3:59 with our check in time being 4:00.We did ask for extra towels and a toaster which they sent over later the same day. There are no extra pillows or blankets at this property. It says it sleeps 12 but I would say 10 max and to be comfortable at 2 per bed I would say 8. There are two couches but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping on them and if you do, you’ll want to bring bedding.The air conditioning stopped working during our stay and the host fixed it within 24 hours so that was much appreciated as it was almost 90 that day. The washing machine is actually a washer/dryer combo but if you put it on wash and dry the timer says it takes over 5 hours to complete.
