The Bedroom has a King-sized Bed dressed in designer linens and features its own separate huge TV. There's a desk and desk chair, perfect for working remotely, with a fabulous view from the Bedroom windows. The gorgeous, newly remodeled Full Bath features a large, tiled Walk In Shower and granite topped vanity. There's a lovely, fully equipped Kitchen with granite countertops and beautiful, tiled backsplash and all new appliances, including a Bosch dishwasher. The Dining table accommodates two.

There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.

For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities in the lobby, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
