The check in was great. It would have been helpful to know that the villa was located just inside the gate, in the parking lot. It was super nice and a short walk to the beach! Was a bit confusing finding it at first.

Perfect!

The condo was roomy, well equipped and very private with a short walk from the beach and pool. Would definitely return!

Awesome stay

The Villa was exactly what we expected from the listing. The recent kitchen update was nice and the ice maker was a huge bonus. The property manager and the staff at the complex were extremely helpful. The backyard was great for our adult kids to have fun. Our stay was awesome.

What a lovely, spacious property! We were close to the beach, yet in the Villa we were totally private. There was a large, fenced, beautifully maintained backyard where our grandson could run and play. Televisions in every room where you could access all of your subscriptions. Spacious kitchen with everything you needed. We ate all of our meals around the dining table and had the best time! Can’t wait to go back!

Great location

Our family enjoyed a week at the beach. The location was great… short walk to the beach, close to restaurants & shopping. My kids loved the pool. The ice maker was all of our favorite features! Parts of the villa needed updating. There was nothing extra - not even salt/pepper or coffee pods. The blinds were broke in the master bedroom & the outside lights made it hard to sleep. The controls didn’t work for the bedroom TVs. Overall the villa is a great layout for families and we enjoyed our stay.

Alot of road noise

The property is very close to a 4 lane road. Sleeping was pretty tough while constantly hearing motorcycles and trucks. There were also very few windows, and it made me feel kind of closed in. The property was nice, but i feel this was important to pass along

Lots of problems and poor communication with Liquid Life. Our family was woken up at 6:30am because of tree trimming one morning and called at 8am two separate mornings because of tree and bush trimming. The air conditioning broke while there and part of the house is not air conditioned at all. Property management request to go to the off site office to pick up second parking pass that was included on the rental. Lastly there was a huge wasps nest by the back gate. Thankful no one was stung.

The house had roaches and some type of flying bugs in the kitchen bathroom and bedrooms The bathroom are small and outdated the vanity was old and rotten The wash room door was broken of the hinges The slide door in front bedroom would not open The rug was dirty along with the sofaThe outside patio needed a good cleaning There were no air fryer The security guard was very nice and helpful The pool area was very clean
