Please be aware there is on-going construction at the resort, and you may experience drilling, hammering, and other construction noise, along with dust and debris on the balcony. Beach access may be altered during this time period as well. THERE WILL BE NO EXTERIOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY FROM MAY 25 - AUG 18, 2024.
The outdoor pool will close from Aug 19, 2024 through the winter 2025. The indoor pool will remain open.

Summer House 606A is absolutely gorgeous!! This condo was not previously a rental property and features so many generous updates! It is a west end corner unit at Summer House with a large wrap around deck offering deck access from each bedroom and the living room.

The updated kitchen features beautiful white quartz counter tops, all new Samsung stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with everything you need to dine in and entertain!

The dining room has seating for 8 with 2 additional seats at the kitchen bar.

The living room furniture is comfortable and offers plenty of seating and a large flat screen smart TV while overlooking the gorgeous sugar white beaches and warm gulf waters.

The master bedroom overlooks the beach and has access to the gulf front deck. It features a king sized bed dressed with fresh linens and bedding for each guest. The master bath is updated with a walk in, tiled shower and frameless shower door.

Both guest bedrooms have deck access and one features a king sized bed and the other 2 full sized beds. The guest bathroom is also updated with a tub and shower with tile surround. Both guest bedrooms have TV’s.

This condo comfortably sleeps 8 in beds.

Cozy little getaway

We really enjoyed our time at this condo for our family vacation in Orange Beach. The condo was very clean and inviting, with plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely recommend!!

Very nice condo

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo for a week. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and there was a ton of nice indoor/outdoor furniture to relax on.

Had an awesome time ! Location is great ! The corner room with wrap around porch was great! Also loved the couch on porch versus just chairs. This particular until hot water ran out after one shower would be ONLY complaint . Will love to stay here again !

Family Spring Break

We were looking for easy access to the beach and plenty of space for our 8 and 2 year olds. This place was perfect. The wrap around porch was lovely. The beach views and beach access was ideal. Beaches were not overly crowded. The condo included a beach cart with chairs and sand toys which was a huge bonus as far as packing. We really enjoyed our time here

Fantastic Stay in a Beautiful Condo

Summer House did not disappoint. This condo has a gorgeous view of the beach and is easily accessible to both the pool and the beach. We stayed with some friends and there was plenty of room for us. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. The condos themselves are going through renovations but the host made sure we were well aware of this ahead of time and it wasn't overly disruptive to our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Best room we’ve ever booked for the beach!

l/hot tub area was nice. Beach access was short and easy. The early construction work next door was a little frustrating but understandable as we went later in the season. The wrap around balcony and room on the balcony was awesome! Having access from all of the bedrooms to the balcony was a great advantage especially for two adult couples! Great stay, will try to book same room every year from now on!

Last Minute Beach Break

We booked this two days prior to arriving as an approximate half way break in our drive home from family in Florida to our home in Arkansas. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The property itself needs some updating and TLC but we would stay here again.

Perfect!

Our stay was perfect! Check-in was easy. I liked the fact that text messages were sent by staff asking how our stay was. The place was beautiful, beds comfy. The kitchen was great! Anything we needed to cook was there! I was elated that there was a keurig coffee machine! The beds were super comfy, loved all the extra pillows that were available. The balcony was awesome as was the outdoor pools! We already re-booked for next spring!

A week was not enough.

The condo was great. it was in a wonderful location, beautiful views of the ocean, pool, and sunsets. a minute away from shopping and food. The beds and couches were very comfortable. the beach toys and beach wagon were awesome to have and used for the week to carry canopy, cooler, and towels. saw dolphins off the deck every single day. Keurig Coffee on the deck in the morning was great.

Great late summer get away

The property was just as described. There were a few maintenance issues during our stay, sliding glass door in living room did not lock and guest toilet/bath had a few minor issues that were reported and tended to during our stay. Nothing that affected our stay. The large balcony was a plus!! The view was amazing and beach/pool acess were great. Orange Beach has a small town vibe, not much going on after 9pm that we could see. Overall great stay for our 3 kids, myself, husband and mother.

Week at 606A

We were told about construction disturbance only days before we arrived. Third bedroom had no dresser or closet space. Some of the furniture was in disrepair. Our feet were black from waking barefoot on the floor (dirty floor) We have stayed in this condo before and it was great but not this time.

Will Stay Again for many years to come!

This condo was perfect! We had great access to the beach and pool, grocery stores across the road, and yummy restaurants close by! We saw dolphins almost every day from our balcony! We really enjoyed our time on the balcony. I was disappointed there wasn’t a table on the balcony, as the picture showed, but we made the best of it! There was very loud construction going on at the condo building right next to us, right off our condo, at the next Summer House building, that was disruptive to our time in the pool and on our balcony and our toddlers nap time. But when they werent there it was nice. However, management gave us a discount!

Wonderful unit

The unit was just as described. Check in was a breeze and everything was super clean. It was a great size and perfect for our family of 6. The wrap around balcony was amazing but The ONLY downfall was the construction going on RIGHT next door. It was so loud that we couldn’t enjoy the balcony at all. We were told by others that it was supposed to start at 8 am but there were mornings that I heard beeping and such at 4:30 am. We couldn’t enjoy the pool either because the sound was so loud. I reached out to the property owner and I truly believe they were unaware with how bad the construction really was. They refunded me some money and I thought that was generous. We spent our whole day at the beach every day and we could still hear the construction, but it didn’t bother us as bad down there. Had I known about the construction I wouldn’t have booked here. However, with no construction, this place is the PERFECT place. Ask about construction first! Lesson learned.

We rented for family of 8 (2 kids 6 adults) parking only for 1 car addl pass $58. I was aware. however overflow parking was 69 per day for 3rd car at 1 place and could only park at another option when not business hours. Several days spent fretting over 3rd vehicle even though 1/2 parking lot was empty. Doing construction on condo next door. No sleep past 7:30 and NON STOP shrill noise all day and too noisy to use pools or nap! Condo was not stocked to my liking! Margherita machine but no lid! Only 1 baking pan. Also stove top was a hazard. Got bumped and turned on way too easily and could have caused a fire if something near heat. Also 5 towels for party of 8. We had to go buy towels and do a load of laundry daily! Condo appeared mostly clean but when I wore white socks and walked on floor for about 30 mins socks were black. The people I dealt with were the best part of stay. Very kind and efficient. I think I could have done better for the money.

Needs work.

An email from the agent said there was a sofa/sleeper, which was not right. There was an air mattress, but no way to inflate it. Many of the kitchen utensils and cook ware are old and needs replacing. The lining on all of the drapes are torn and hanging loose.

Annual Girls Trip

The condo is lovely - nicely decorated, comfortable beds, and the icemaker works. It is a corner unit with a very large balcony so you have great views of the beach and the sunsets. We had a few things that were not functioning: 1. The closet in the primary bedroom would only open about five inches, so I could not hang clothes. One of the sliding doors was up the track. I immediately texted the host. They responded quickly and said it would be addressed. 2. Living room TV did not work - the screen was damaged. This was not a deal breaker for our group, but may have been a nightmare for a family with young children. This was immediately reported and acknowledged. Both issues were never looked into or resolved by our host contacts. They followed up after we had checked out and apologized. Nice, but we were gone by then. 3. The condo facility needs some TLC.

The unit was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The listing indicated two queen beds in the second guest bedroom but were actually full size beds.
