Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Wash, dry and put away all dishes from the dishwasher
Take out all trash from the house. Only put bagged trash in the pink bin and pull bin to the edge of the driveway.
Wash towels and put them in the dryer to dry. Leave inside garage door to the house unlocked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Ring camera's are present facing the driveway, inside the garage facing the garage door and out back facing the deck stairs.
Place pink trash bin to the edge of the driveway upon check out unless otherwise directed by the host.
$250 cleaning fee if pet is present , no pets allowed $500 for smoking inside the house, no smoking allowed $150 for using fireplace, for show only

We have 2 older sons, our oldest son lives in Tampa, Florida, working in Cyber Security. Our youngest son lives in San Francisco and works for a Tech company. We enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking, and traveling. We love visiting the lake house as often as we can, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
