Guaranteed with reservation 1- free parking spot with Studio Reservation, free wireless high speed internet, 55” Smart TV with Roku, AC, ceiling fan, dimmer switches, high ceiling, 8' doors, tile floors, deadbolt lock, safe for your valuables, private entry & balcony. National Park beaches 15-20 minutes walking. Spacious Studio is located on the second floor with Waterfront views within the unit, and pool area. Lots to enjoy at this newly built property. The kitchen has a hands free faucet/pull out spray head, garbage disposal, under counter refrigerator freezer with ice trays. Induction dual speed cook top, Convection Oven for baking, Microwave and exhaust vent. Blackout curtains and blackout shades for a restful nap or good night's sleep after a day of exploring in a comfortable new king bed The bathroom is spacious with a large vanity counter top, fog free lighted mirror, shower with two showerheads: rain spout shower head and a hand held shower head. Dishes are not part of cleaning fee. Load & unload and put away all hand washed dishes back in proper place. Extra $75.00 fee will apply for dishes. Late Check outs incur $25/fee each 15 mins.
Please place all used towels in laundry baskets. Do not use bath towels for wiping spills, please use paper towels or Clorox wipes to avoid staining white towels. Damage fees will apply.
We will dispose (1) 12gallon bag of trash inside trash can to help you have a smooth checkout. Please do not leave excessive bags or boxes of trash inside rental. Please dispose at local dumpster.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Vaping indoors or outside. No feed animals(birds or iguanas) No food left opened indoors or outside, to not encourage bugs. Please wipe up spills.
No trash left behind. Toilet inside suites-No wipe ups or other products inside toilet. Please rinse off Beach Sand before entering pool/house.

The host was very accommodating and friendly. She met us at the villa and showed us how to enter and where all of the amenities were. Location was perfect to walk into town and get a bite to eat or drink. Its right around the corner from the ferry too. Would highly recommend!

This property is perfect. Everything you need , pool, all your wants, plus an easy walk to anywhere in town! Would recommend highly! Also really no need for a rental vehicle.Enjoy!

An absolutely great condo. We loved the view of Large Pond and the boat traffic coming in and out. All amenities were as advertised and just what we wanted. And Nora is the epitome of a good host, very accessible and helpful. I did think the area near the car ferry is a bit rough for the walk into town. But it is certainly near everything Cruz Bay has to offer, including not just restaurants but grocery stores as well.

“A host and space that make you want to come back again!” We were welcomed to the island of St. John like we were family. Access to Cruz Bay was easy and our rental was within walking distance of the ferry. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The grounds were well kept, pool was always clean, and watching the car ferry from the balcony was enjoyable.We visited five different beaches each having its own unique features and views.The snorkeling provided views of sea turtles, sting ray, octopus, urchins, and a wide variety of beautiful fish.The open air taxi was always available and affordable. Our host made the experience better by offering recommendation's, helpful tips and just being kind and ready to help. Already looking forward to our return!

I keep current with USAP pickleball play rules. I set up & schedule pickleball play for all levels. I am available for pickleball excursions. I love meeting people and sharing the island experiences. My husband enjoys fishing and he is the developer of this great property location.

Location, location & location 5-10 mins walking to all Cruz Bay has to offer. Easy walking to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee & art shops, pickleball or tennis multi sports courts.. No need for weekly car rentals, no need to hassle w/ full parking lots & parking fees, just a short walk into town. For adventure rent a car for a day to explore the beautiful island. Enjoy this location with easy 5-10 minute walking into town or exploring National Park hikes- 20 mins walking to beautiful white sand beaches.

Modern luxury. Newly built Studio, AC, high speed internet free Wifi, waterfront pool & free parking. Waterfront Harbor Views that captivates. Lots of activities nearby, enjoy lively music mins away, lots of great photo opportunity with roaming Peacocks, White Donkeys, Goats with kids, Hens with chicks on the town streets and around the island and beaches. Enjoy Cruz Bay Town, 5-10 minutes walking distance without the steep hills.
Island life has occasional power outages… a flashlight & USB led lights and USB fans are in the room, the unit will stay cool and bug free with all doors & windows closed. Currently there is no generator or solar at this property yet; definitely on the waitlist.. island power outages are out of our control it will pass by and power will be restored. No refunds or adjustments for unforeseen power outages. The host/ Owners will offer a flashlight, or USB led lights, & a USB fan.
