You'll easily be able to come and go for lunch, snacks or just to get out of the sun for a while. From the covered patio, you'll be able to enjoy the cool ocean breezes as you listen to the waves crash onto the shore and unwind from your fun-filled day. Located in the center of Ocean City, the unit provides easy access to miniature golf, go-carts, a water park, jet ski rental, SUP's, and some of the best restaurants including the Bonfire Buffet, Touch of Italy and Longboards to name a few. Close to the route 90 bridge, this unit provides easy access to wherever your OC adventures take you!

This nicely appointed unit is exceptionally clean and has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. It has wood-style laminate flooring, newer furnishings in the living room and bedroom along with a flat screen TV. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the sleeper sofa is also a queen. You 'll appreciate the well-stocked kitchen for making those cost-saving meals at home. There is a washer/dryer combo available for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi.

THINGS TO KNOW:

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry, no pets allowed.
* We do not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am.
* This condo is on the 1st floor. Ocean Terrace does not have an elevator.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional street parking is available.
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 69th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 4 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Absolutely loved staying here. Very clean, which is number 1 for me. Perfect for my family of 4. Loved the convenient location. Steps from the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Very good communication with the owner and very easy check in/check out procedure. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone.

Perfect little getaway

I was so happy to find this hidden gem!! If you are a stickler for cleanliness like me, you will love this well-maintained, super clean condo!! Property manager was very thorough and made sure we had all necessary info ...also easy check in/out. Was close to our two favorite restaurants, Touch of Italy and Longboards. Highly recommend!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect especially for 2 people, super clean, and in a great location. Only suggestion is maybe have some board games/cards for the down time, and extra toilet paper and trash bags.

Very clean and comfortable. Only problem was someone ad a small pet and he or she barked a lot while the owners were gone. not anything I had trouble with, but it was constant with made me believe it was a recording. But for 2 days it was constant.

Great place - highly recommend

Only thing that would have made this place perfect would have been a toaster and blackout shades for the bedroom. Otherwise well stocked with necessary supplies and nicely updated. Great location.

Lovely condo

Few beach wonderful beach days with my best friend. Wonderful location, beach access was great. Umbrella rental is a couple blocks away. Condo was spotless and everything was in working order. Furniture on both the balcony and living room was comfortable. Only recommendation is a new mattress. Super uncomfortable. Would definitely stay again. Neighbors were friendly. Communication was great and check in/out process was super easy.

The only issue was the water not going down in the drain when we took shower, we called the property management and they sent someone fix it right away. We will definitely go back there for our next trip to OC.

Great Beach Getaway!

The unit was perfect! We had smoke detector batteries that needed replacing- and owners did so immediately! The unit was clean, efficient and better than advertised- steps from the beach, plenty of parking and close to everything! Can’t wait to come back!

The place is good, but how was it was rated so high by everyone else before me? The good - location is near the beach, it was the right amount of space for the two of us, and it had the amenities we needed.The issues that make it below 5 star - the appliances were not modern, and the stove may be the oldest I've seen in my lifetime (and I'm 60). It did not inspire me to use the kitchen. The kitchen ceiling is a drop ceiling. The cabinets are inexpensive. These things are all fine and functional, but it's just not "5 star" for a VRBO.It's also on the first floor, with direct entry from the outside, like a motel. And the balcony has no view.While it's clear in their review, the requirement to order sheets and towels in off-peak times is a nuisance. We flew in to Baltimore and after driving to Ocean City, we arrived around midnight and needed to take out the towels and sheets to make our bed and use the bathroom. Not ideal.Again, there's nothing "wrong" with the place. It's generally clean and check-in worked well and all that. But it's made to be an inexpensive rental and it feels that way. Most VRBO's are more recently updated.
