Small but mighty place. Fully renovated!! The location to the beach was great and lots of food options within walking distance. The down side for us was the sofa - it was a little uncomfortable to us.

Cons: the bed frame did not fit the mattress so when you sat on the bottom of the bed it slid you to the floor and mattress was very hard - parking was very tight I would not recommend a pickup or a large suv - we have a mid size and it was very hard to get in and out - couch was very hard -the building is very dated - the apartment is somewhat updated - they only provide one towel and one washcloth per guest and only two pillow cases ( even though there are 4 pillows ) PROS: - very fast and friendly communication - super close to the beach - had everything we needed in the kitchen area and bathroom . - close to dining and entertainment but far enough away to avoid the noise from the party goers - apartment also was very quiet even with upstairs neighbors. I would recommend this place and we would return for another stay the location was awesome to the beach and Belly Busters is on the same street , host was awesome and friendly.
