Hands down the best location on Siesta Key! Walking distance (under 7 minutes) to Siesta Beach (note, VRBOsays 17 minute drive…not sure why they won’t correct, it is walking distance) all the local bars, restaurants, live music and steps away from the marina. This property has been completely upgraded inside and out. It is located on one of the most beautiful “canopy oak” streets on the island, inlaid brick street that is a true hidden gem. While everything is in walking distance, the property offers privacy and quiet. Heated pool, beach cart with all the fixings, bicycles for beach riding, etc. The bedrooms feature a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds that can be combined ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. The house also includes a living room with large smart TV, a reading room with a cozy sofa bed, providing additional space for kids and guests. It also features a fully screened lanai also with a large smart TV and a pass through window to the kitchen (an awesome feature!). AC, washing machine, iron, and high speed, dedicated WiFi, your stay will be excellent. The 2 bathrooms offer showers and hair dryers, soaps and plenty of towels for your convenience. We take your stay seriously and are available 24/7.

The house is super cute and so close to the beach and everything we wanted to do. The host was beyond accommodating and helpful, and the communication from the moment we booked until we left was above and beyond. The pool and the area is very appealing, great living room to catch a movie, beds were comfortable and the kitchen area and washer/dryer were nice as well. I would absolutely recommend this place and we would love to go back again.

The location is awesome. Close to the beach, bars, restaurants, but you are removed from the noise and busyness. The host is great and follows up quickly with any questions.

We had a terrible stay! Andrew was extremely accommodating and responsive. The house in pool is amazing the location you can’t beat, close to everything but on a quiet street. We’ll be back!!

Best kept secret in Siesta Key

Andrew was a wonderful host! Quick to respond and he takes great pride in his property. The house is in a perfect location, within walking distance of stores, restaurants, nightly entertainment, boat rentals, the beach and more! Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is in this house; beach chairs, towels, coolers, wagon and bikes. The private pool and yard is a tropical paradise. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, gorgeous furnishings. Safe, quiet neighborhood, we will be back!

This place exceeded expectations! It was exactly as advertised—if not better. Spotlessly clean, packed with amenities, and incredibly well-maintained. Communication with Andrew was seamless and quick.The location strikes the perfect balance—close to all the area’s attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. Ideal for families with young kids, with everything you need for a stress-free stay.The provided beach essentials were a huge bonus, and the pool was the perfect temperature around the clock. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
