Sanibel Surfside "Stunner" #111 is a stunning, direct Gulf-front end condo that offers breathtaking ocean views and a spacious, newly remodeled interior. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom end unit features 1 King bed and 2 Twin beds, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. With 1425 square feet of living space, there’s plenty of room to relax and unwind. The condo boasts two large screened and glass-enclosed lanais, perfect for enjoying the expansive ocean views, rain or shine. Recently completely renovated and upgraded with new furnishings and decor throughout, this unit offers a luxurious and comfortable retreat unlike any typical rental condo. A 7-night minimum stay is required, with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only. This property is truly a special getaway on Sanibel Island, offering the best views and a serene setting for a memorable vacation.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 4), Smart TVs (Cable & streaming available), WIFI available, in suite washer & dryer, 2 screen/glass enclosed lanais, elevators, covered parking space. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience. NO cabana use.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

**Important Update for Sanibel Surfside Reopening: We are excited to welcome you back!
While we're working hard to restore all amenities, please note that some facilities may not be available during your stay. Currently, elevators, tennis & pickleball courts, shuffleboard and grills are unavailable. We expect these amenities to be restored by mid 2026 though the exact timeline is still pending and cannot be guaranteed.
Building 1 elevator replacement of outdated electronics and cab refurbishment is scheduled to begin on 4/6/26 and is expected to be completed by 5/1/26, however cannot guaranteed. Use of the stairs will be required during this time period. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to restore these amenities, and we look forward to providing you with a full Surfside experience soon!

Great place to relax

We loved our stay in #111. The location and view was great. The unit as well as the condo complex was clean and well maintained. The condo and furnishing were very comfortable with everything needed for a stay at the beach. We really enjoyed the privacy, quiet and covered parking. We're already thinking about our return trip!

Beautiful accommodations, the only thing that could be improved upon perhaps would be window coverings (blinds, curtains, or shades)? We sometimes felt we were on display in a fish bowl…. And because of the hatchlings Turtles) we sat in the dark at night.

We understood some work was still being completed but wanted to get back to where we enjoy. We were a little disappointed in the furnishings of this newly redone unit. Couches and beds were uncomfortable. Family members commented that it was like it was furnished from a thrift store.

We found the place clean, and with beach chairs, etc that you can use there and not have to travel with. I can't say enough about the beautiful lanai and watching the sun rise each morning...stunning! Nice to have everything so near by.The condo was very clean and well equipped and the beach closet was amazing, anything you needed for the beach was in there!! The property manager and messages to be sure we had everything we needed was nice as well. So happy the beaches were cleaned up after the red tide, no evidence of it at all. A wonderful vacation and place to stay!!!

Everything you need is there, from the colander for straining noodles to the beach chairs and flashlights, nothing was left out or not thought of. The property was clean, well maintained, and easy to find. Sanibel Vacations Team was available for all our needs. We arrived late at night and had some issues getting into the condo but made a quick call and received the needed input immediately. We would highly recommend this unit and are currently discussing a visit next year. Rent bikes, visit Sanibel Island Lighthouse and beach access, Jerry's is an island blessing, Love Boat ice cream, Island Cow for a great meal, and Prawnbrokers seafood. Shells everywhere. Best family vacation on record for our family!

Lovely ocean views

We enjoyed our stay in Sanibel. The location was great and the view was beautiful. Just a short walk to the beach or pool. Good variety of beach equipment available for use. Condo was very well stocked with everything you could need during the stay. My boy complaint was the lack of curtains/window coverings in the master causing us to be up with the sun every morning.

Living Room sectional starting to look a bit dated/worn. A second lounge chair or two for the living room would be a plus (current arm chair not great) Also, maybe the cable but the living room TV picture is washed out (may need replacement, now I'm being picky. Would not hesitate to re-book. THANKS

BEAUTIFUL LANAI

Reviewer Comments: Location and lanai's were excellent.Bathrooms and kitchen could use some updating, but unit had more than enough supplies.Biggest turn off was the carpet - dirty. (Understand hard to keep clean).A/C was not working when arrived on a Thurs. night. Called office 4 times on Fri (starting at 9am - left messages) and did not reach anyone until 4th try at 3pm. Repair was taken care of by 5pm.I would stay at this unit again, if carpet was removed.
