We are welcoming toon your vacation to one of the safest condo unit with a major difference from other properties and other units within this complex. What comes to your mind is safety of you and your loved ones. The essence of life WATER. Q: am I or my family are safe to use the water?!! A: we have the best filtration system in our complex a RO, reverse osmosis system. The most important part is this particular unit provides an additional safety system ; we have provided you with additional in unit UV ( ultraviolet) filtration system to be able to consume and brush your teeth and be able to cook with the water in this system

This property is located in one of the best beaches of Bavaro, Punta Cana, among all the resorts. It is one of the best maintained and most popular location in all of punta cana. It is a gated community with lots of space, with more than 10 restaurants in front of the gate, gift shops, excellent coffee shops, bakery, mini markets, and shopping mall within 5 to 10 min drive by local bus, or car. Let's put it this way you build it they will come since Playa Turquesa is build every other touristic commerce has come to front or around this complex, and there are no others like it.

This is one of well sought complex in entire punta cana that attracted people and business to this location. As they say if you build it they will come.
