- Bathrooms: 2 renovated full bathrooms with hairdryers, plush towels & essential toiletries.

- Living Area: Cozy living room with seating for all, smart TV & wood-burning fireplace.

- Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen, dining area that doubles as a pool/ping pong table & washer/dryer.

As required by Big Bear Lake policy (not ours), you'll need to agree to & sign the City of Big Bear Lake's "Good Neighbor Policy" before gaining access to the house. We’ll also need to verify your identification. This process can be completed electronically, or you can visit our check-in office if you prefer.
