Private and heated pool with arch view new condo!
Relax with a private pool in one of the best areas of Cabo. This condo is new and modernly decorated. It has 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Private terrace with pool so you can enjoy the best view of the arch. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to prepare your dishes. In Solaria you will feel like you are in paradise. King size bed, full length mirror, comfortable full bathroom and large closet, 50” screen, fan and mini split
2- SECONDARY ROOM
King size bed, shared full bathroom, fan, closet and mini split.
3- SOFA BED
In the TV area, all windows have curtains to completely darken this area. 72” screen And shared full bathroom.
4- KITCHEN
Fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay, view and connection to the terrace so you can sit outside and serve from inside.
5- TERRACE WITH PRIVATE POOL
A comfortable terrace with chairs, tables and a fan.
At the bottom you will find a jewel of a pool with a view of the arch, two sun lounges with a table and an umbrella so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest in your private pool.
