They are excited to welcome you into this top-of-the-line, newly renovated modern dream house in Pedregal, one of the most sought-after subdivisions in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It is within a gated community with security for your peace of mind!

Casa Nido de Pajaro is more than just a rental property, it is an oasis dream home. The modern architecture with contemporary decor and light fills the interior with a captivating essence that makes you feel like you're on vacation the moment you walk in the door. Each room has a giant, intuitive smart TV. The beds are huge and comfortable. There is more than enough closet space, and the bathroom showers are tropical and elegant with pebble bottom flooring for post-activity rejuvenation. The upstairs kitchen and balcony encompass a sense of communality. The kitchen comes fully stocked, and there is plenty of counter and island space for hosting and elaborate cooking. The outside balcony has ample room for seating and outdoor grilling. There is even a big green egg for those who love packing delicious smokey flavors into their BBQ creations. The icing on the cake has to be the dipping pool overlook, which is phenomenal for sunrise views, or wine-filled evenings spent with friends or family.

On top of how beautiful the house is by itself, its location adds to its magic. The pool off the living area a definite winner. Also the home’s location near the marina and downtown area - - a quick 10 minute walk. And the master bedrooms adjoining a kids room worked perfectly for young kids.

This is an amazing property in a fantastic location, especially for those taking early morning walks to the Marina for fishing charters.Property management (Candance) was super helpful and very responsive to all questions.This property offers everything you would want in your trip to Cabo. Oh my gosh we had the best time !! The house was wonderful it accommodated all of us perfectly . The views up the hill is beautiful . The walks are great not far from the marina . The pool is just perfect for everyone . We all lived staying here.

Property is great! We had 4 adults and 5 kids. Everyone slept comfortably and had a great time. Kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the game room area. It’s convenient to the marina and walking distance to pretty much anything you want or need. The views from the balcony area are awesome and it’s a beautiful sunset from up there too. I would recommend and we would stay again.

Beautiful place we had a great time .

It was a great place to stay . We had wonderful concierge service and the location was exactly what we were looking for! We were able to walk most places we wanted to go, and the neighborhood was so cute and quiet. Could not have asked for a better trip!

Family vacation

We loved the location of the property, we were close to everything we wanted to do and able to walk, even with little kids. The house was comfortable, clean, and gorgeous! It had everything we needed. I loved looking out all the windows and the dipping pool was perfect because it was hot outside. The neighborhood was so nice. The whole family loved it! We will definitely be back!

Convenient for walking to places to eat, shop and marina

There was 6 adults who were celebrating birthdays. It was relaxing house( plenty of space) for us to spend time together but still had privacy. Pool was a bit small( not really a pool). House had plenty of amenities.

Location

Nicely situated within walking distance of the Marina and shops. A very convienent (albeit pricey) little grocery / convenience store 3 minutes away for your essentials. The kitchen was very nicely appointed with everting we need to make meals during our stay. Nice beds and overall clean / modern feel. The Pedragal beach did not disappoint. The only thing this property lacks is a view.

Great time

Highly recommended. This place is great because its right by the entrance so everything is walkable. Dont stay higher. This is the place. At a good price too. Our power did go out for a long time but the host accomodated us and everything was great. It had nothing to do with the home, it was a city issue. Great time

Beautiful Property

PROS: The property is as described. Communication with management company was good. Walkable location. CONS: Could use additional lighting. There are puck lights under the kitchen cabinets but none were working. I did tell the management company about this but the batteries were never replaced. Just a bit dark when you are cooking. Pickleball courts are a 10-15 minute walk straight uphill. Also, they are not available fo renters to play until after 11:00. - who wants to play in the heat of the afternoon?? A large part of the reason we chose this property was so we could play so that was a huge disappointment. They could use some extra blankets for the beds as there is only a sheet and a very thin comforter. The double beds on the main floor are also very hard - it was like sleeping on a board. Would we stay here again? Probably not. It was nice but overall didn’t fit the needs for our party of 10.

Our stay was great!! The location is unbeatable. Its almost at the bottom of the hills in pedregal so we ended up walking everywhere! Convenience stores were super accessible too. Candace was a great host and was helpful in almost every regard. She had recommendations for stuff we wanted to do and also helped make some reservations. Would definitely recommend this place :)
