About this property

Beautiful 4 Bdrm home with a private pool and golf course views

Beautiful 4 Bdrm Golf Course property over looking the 3th hole tee boxes of the San Tan Highlands championship 18 hole golf course.
Also Includes private, heated pool.
Located in the quiet community of Johnson Ranch. Just 25 min from Williams Gateway Airport (Mesa) or 50 min from Sky Harbor.
Walking distance of Fry’s (grocery store), Walgreen's, McDonald's, Jack in the Box, Pizza Hut, Bank of America and large variety of restaurants for both take out and eat in. Super Walmart is just a short 5 minute drive away.
Our home has a large well-equipped open kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and range, as well as a large pantry.
Between the kitchen and family room there is a dining table (with an extra leaf) and a total of 6 chairs.
The family room is equipped with a 65" TV with 200 channel cable TV package and DVD player. We also provide free Wifi.

There is also a beautiful slate pool table with all of the accessories.

The master suite is a haven of itself, with a King size bedroom set, and a huge master bath consisting of a large shower, vanity and sink area, and a massive walk in closet.

The other 3 bedrooms have a Queen size beds and plenty of closet space.

Each bedroom is equipped with it's own smart TV.

The back-yard offers a sparkling private swimming pool (heated), cool decking pavers and an assortment of citrus and palm trees.
There is a beautiful the view of the golf course from the patio table and enjoy the use of the propane BBQ.

Laundry is equipped with GE washer and dryer.

Our home is only 1 mile to the golf course club house that has a great "happy hour" and BBQ pit (seasonally) , and many other restaurants are only a couple minutes away.
The Queen Creek shopping center is only 15 minutes away and the large San Tan Village mall and the Superstition Springs mall is only 30 minutes away.

Johnson Ranch boasts a beautiful 18 hole championship golf course, 3 community pools, each with it's own hot tubs, and several parks with play equipment, a 9 hole pitch and putt course, PICKLE BALL and tennis courts, basketball courts and a fishing pond. Make sure to take in all the bright stars, satellites and occasional shooting stars you see in the evenings.

The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our 3-day stay. Made breakfast at the home and dinner one night. The kitchen was fully equipped and had plenty of seasonings, so we didn’t have to buy our own. The bedrooms were private and comfortable, and the pool table was put to use nightly.The location was great in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We were in town for a soccer tournament at the Arizona Athletic Grounds, and we were just 30 minutes away.Communication with the owners was fantastic. They answered questions almost immediately and were available throughout the entire process. Check in couldn’t have been easier. Really great owners. Highly recommended, and we would stay there again should we be in the area.

Everything was great, nice pool and pool table. Very clean with lots of extras ! Only complaint was next door neighbor parties which not renters fault my daughter changed rooms to avoid noise before flight back. If you want quiet room avoid the master bedroom. I will rent again!

It was a WONDERFUL Experience all the way around! Start to finish! This property was gorgeous and so clean and in a beautiful neighborhood! The heated pool was a huge plus!
