Newly furnished, one level, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home, large fully equipped kitchen, great room with brand new reclining couches, double sliders look out to pool (can be heated only between March-October) with waterfall. Many amenities to make your stay comfortable; BBQ grill, patio tables, outdoor gas firepit, private pool, washer/dryer, cable/Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen.

Booked a stay here for 12 Days for the first ever Risky Acadamy Paramotor Class. The hosts Tonya & Scott were amazing and I loved their house. Location is perfect being only 15 minutes from the classroom and 10 minutes from the Flying Field! I wouldnt hesitate for a second booking here again if Im out that way again

Amazing property

Tonya and Scott gave us our home away from home. The house is well maintained, clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Tonya responded quickly to any texts. Easy traveling from there to Phoenix and Tucson. We will definitely try to stay there again when we hopefully return to Arizona. Thank you Tonya and Scott!

Comfortable and Peaceful

We rented this house because it was near our relatives in San Tan Valley. The house is well-equipped and very clean and comfortable. We were particularly impressed with how well the kitchen was outfitted - we like to cook and had everything we needed. In our experience, this is unusual in a rental! Tonya and Scott were wonderful hosts - we enjoyed working with them and they make us feel welcome.

A beautiful home with everything we wanted.

I am building a house in a nearby community and was in town for a meeting with the construction manager. A good friend joined me on this trip and we stayed at this beautiful home. There was plenty of space and each of us. The bedrooms had lots of space and the beds were very comfortable. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen had every pot, pan, dish and utensil we needed, and more. We also used the grill on the back patio. The back yard was incredible from the pool with waterfall to the landscaping and lighting. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this property and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-appointed home.

Didnt like the 5 outside owner cameras. I was being watched whenever I was outside. No disclosure until I got into the house and read the rule book.

Thank you for taking the time to give a review of your stay. We do list that we have cameras clearly on the VRBO property site (under description). The cameras are for the safety and security of the equipment of the home. If the equipment (breaker unit, pool equipment) is damaged this will interfere with the amenities of the home. We contacted you during your stay as you triggered the camera when you began pushing buttons and flipping switches on the pool equipment. This is exactly why there are cameras on the equipment - so damage does not occur as renters should not be randomly flipping switches or pressing buttons on the equipment without advisement from the owner.

Lovely Place for a Getaway

The house was exactly as advertised...super-clean and with all the comforts of home! Tonya was very easy to work with and always accessible if we had any questions. The property is very spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. We definitely enjoyed relaxing at the pool. Our only suggestion would be to add a mirror in the 2nd bedroom. We booked the property knowing that it was a short distance from Phoenix/Scottsdale but we did spend most of our time exploring these areas so we had to endure the commute each time we went exploring. This wasn't an issue on the weekend but there was a lot of traffic on the weekday mornings. As long as you don't mind the drive, this is the place for you!

We started coming to San Tan Valley over 10 years ago and fell in love the area. Our favorite hiking is in the San Tan Regional Mountains. The area hosts many restaurants and shops but also provides us with the relaxation away from the hustle of everyday life. We chose Copper Basin neighborhood because of its quietness and it still being in close proximity of hikes, stores.
