It provides 4 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Bunk Beds) and 1 bathroom on the main floor and another bathroom and a game room in the basement(6'4"), perfect for accommodating friends, family, or corporate getaways. Located just a 10-minute walk or a few minutes by car from vibrant dining, shopping, entertainment, and sports venues, you'll have the best of the Dells at your fingertips while enjoying the peace of a quiet neighborhood.

Three exterior security cameras are installed: one monitors the backyard, one covers the driveway/parking area, and one monitors the side entrance. All cameras are outside only for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, and guest privacy is respected.
