Welcome to 12580 Galapagos Ct #206 in the brand new, resort-style community of Wellen Park Golf & Country Club! This fully furnished, 2 bed+den/2 bath veranda sits on the top floor, overlooking the 4th hole and preserve area. It has a one car garage to house your car during your stay, as well as lawn chairs for the concert nights and a cooler and wagon to utilize on your beach days. The property is fully stocked and ready for your stay. There is a king size bed in the primary room, two twins in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the den. This also includes a golf membership transfer for 2 people for a low fee of $300, which then provides unlimited golf with cart fee or walker fee for transfer member! The resort community also offers tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball courts, tiki bar, fitness center, and large community pool, with a couple of smaller ancillary pools within the neighborhood. It is just a couple of miles from CoolToday Park to catch a few Atlanta Braves spring training games, as well as Downtown Wellen Park for concert nights, farmer markets, and wonderful shops and restaurants to enjoy. Many beautiful beaches are a short drive from this veranda as well, including Manasota Key Beach, Venice Beach, Boca Grande and Siesta Key, just to name a few! It's a great place to stay and enjoy all the resort has to offer or venture out and explore the Gulf Coast!
This rental allows 30 day minimum stays (or one renter per month).
***Please note: During "high demand" winter season, we will only rent Jan/Feb together, March/April together, or all four months can be rented to one renter. If you try to rent during only one of these months (or Jan-March), we will cancel the reservation and send you a message to pick different dates. All other months can be rented one month at a time.
