Panoramic Bay View! Family Friendly Beach, Quiet Surf Sounds!

Baywatch is on the quiet end of Pensacola Beach, FL. This unit is an ideal location for a beach get-away. It has unobstructed views of the Sound and is a short walk to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf across the street. If the surf is too high on the Gulf side, the quietwater will still be a relaxing playground. Enjoy the pool and a long dock/pier on the sound for fishing or sunset viewing. Baywatch has a small, private beach, great for swimming and for small watercraft from jet-skis to kayak/paddleboards. Be sure to watch for the dolphins hunting for small fish between the local docks.

The well-organized floor plan contains 2 BR and 2 BA, with additional sleeping space on a queen sized sofa bed in the living area. This unit is completely furnished and contains all the amenities needed for meals and entertainment. The fully tiled floors are easy to clean, newer appliances and a large counter bar accomodates meal time and happy hour. Located on the 1st floor over the parking garage, unloading is easy.

We had an amazing stay at this 1st floor walkup unit - it was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the balcony every day! Walking on the dock and floating in the bay was wonderful, and walking across the street to the beach was an easy 5 minute walk. Communicating with Angela was easy, and the check in/out process was simple. We will definitely be back!

Home just doesn't have these views. The owner is a local and openly shared all the tips we needed for enjoying the bay, the gulf, and of course near by restaurants.Watched the sunset from the balcony& sat on the beach steps away from the room for the sunrise! Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to cook a meal, comfortable beds, well kept bathrooms...Overall the place deserves all 5 stars.

The property was fully stocked when we arrived. We were very impressed by this because earlier experiences with other hosts were not good. It was a very clean condo also and Angela was very helpful and we couldn't have asked for better hosts. We would love to stay again sometime.

We had a wonderful night at the condo before an unfortunate water main break due to a construction accident that forced us to cut our stay short. The condo is lovely and has what you need.

We always appreciate when our guests leave reviews, however, this is our first 4 star review in nearly 10 years, and it was a big disappointment for us. It is always our goal to send guests home with only good memories. In the case of this guest, on day 1 of a 3 day stay, a contractor working down the road accidentally cut a water main, shutting down water service to our complex and the whole end of the island. When the guest alerted me that she had no water, I offered to book her a night at my expense at a gulf front hotel so that she could be comfortable while the repairs were made. Instead, she was insistent that she wanted the full stay booked at the hotel, even though the water service was returned by early that evening. I knew these guests went to great lengths to make this vacation work for them and wanted them to go home refreshed and having had a good experience. We booked them the remainder of their stay at a hotel, even though it cost more than they had paid for my rental. It is unfortunate that she could not make the best of that gift, and have a wonderful time in the spirit it was given.

Visiting our Sailor

We came to town to spend time with our son who is currently at Corry Station for A School. We had a great weekend. Some sightseeing, but mainly just hanging out and relaxing in the condo. The condo was comfortable, clean, a great value and a great location. We will hopefully be able to come back for his graduation in a few months.

Loved everything about the condo except that there are no blinds or blackout curtains and it's really bright when you are trying to sleep. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would definitely go back again.

We love to kayak along the shoreline that is right outside our door. It's an everyday occurance to spot fish, rays, and dolphins on these excursions.
