Just 2 km away from the center of Sitia,a fully equipped apartment of 50 sq.m. ,provide accommodation to guest that are looking for a resort away from the crowd and the city fuss. Sitia Oceanides are located in a quiet location named Tripitos. In the middle of our complex and surrounded by a garden full of trees and plants,dominates the big pool surrounded by sunbeds and a comfortable terrace with a big table under the shadows of the trees.

nettes Apartment in toller Anlage

Nettes, einfaches Apartment, sehr sauber. Alle drei Tage wird geputzt, es gibt neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Leider ist der Balkon sehr klein. Tolle, sehr gepflegte Anlage mit großem Pool. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Ansprechperson vor Ort (vormittags)

Sauberes und funktionales Apartment mit Pool in Meernähe

Wir haben schöne Ferien in der Apartmentanlage mit Pool verbracht. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber (alle 2 Tage erfolgte Reinigung sowie Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche) und funktional geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Angeliki war unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort und eine sehr angenehme, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit zu erreichen war. Wir haben uns mit ihr sehr wohl gefüllt. Leider ist bei der Buchung nicht erkennbar gewesen, dass auf dem Grundstück zwei Apartmenthäuser stehen, die von unterschiedlichen Gastgebern betrieben werden. So war der Pool Gemeinschaftsbereich für 9 anstatt nur für 4 Apartments. Auch ein Teil des Gartens, inkl. Schaukel und Baumhaus war mit deutlichen Verbotsschildern nur für die Gäste des anderen Apartmenthauses nutzbar. Diese 'imaginäre' Grenze mitten durchs Grundstück mit deutlichen Verbotsschildern wirkt befremdlich.

Loved the swimming pool

Units were small but comfortable. For four adults we had 2 units, each one with a small balcony. Pool and garden area was lovely and well maintained and lit up at night. Located in the countryside about 3 km outside of Sitea it was very quite and peaceful with parking on the grounds. Easy to find with excellent food in the area. On-site day manager was very helpful and pleasant. Well equipped kitchen.

a peaceful getaway in Eastern Crete

Very nice place to stay!Calm and relaxing,with a big beautiful pool,ideal for swiming and for kids as well since it has also a seperated baby pool.Really nice to spend your time in the sunbeds by the pool but also having dinner in the big table in the terrace at night.Small but cozy balcony with beautiful view,spacious apartment with everything you need for cooking and really clean-it was cleaned thoroughly every third day!Special thanks to Eleni and Stelios who really made us feel like home.Eleni's help and advice really made the difference and introduce us into the locals'lifestyle. We recommend it for sure.

Hébergement très agréable dans l'est de la Crète

Appartements climatisés (important !) situés à la sortie de Sitia sur la route de Palekastro dans une petite résidence à taille humaine autour d’une grande piscine et d'un jardin de fruitiers Accueil très amical et dévoué des gérants (Eleni, Nektarios, etc.) dont les conseils sont précieux pour trouver plages, restaurants, ou activités diverses dans des petits coins peu fréquentés et paradisiaques pour ceux qui veulent sortir des spots hyper touristiques Sitia est une ville très agréable avec un joli port vénitien et un bon point de départ pour rayonner sur l'est crétois Bonne adresse donc pour un couple ou une famille de 4, satisfaction garantie !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . Le personnel était aux petits soins avec nous chaque jour. Le cadre est dans la verdure et très bien entretenu. Le ménage fait tous les 3 jours est très appréciable. Un grand merci à stelios et heleni.

Idéal pour le repos et la tranquillité.

Très bel endroit, très bien entretenu disposant d'un excellent accueil. Les appartements sont charmants, très propres et très bien équipés (avec une clim qui marche !!!), mais le vrai plus de cet endroit est sa piscine d'eau de mer trrrrès grande. C'est vrai que nous y étions en juin avec assez peu des appartements occupés. Du coup, il était facile d'en profiter pleinement. Eleni, présente chaque jour, répond à toutes les questions et donne toutes les précisions sur les balades et les meilleurs endroits à découvrir. Sitea est un petit port très agréable (bien plus qu'Agios Nikolaos) et la plupart des restaurants sont excellents. Les gens sont très gentils, serviables et attentionnés. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation : c'est un magnifique point de départ pour de nombreuses balades vers l'est et le sud-est de l'île. Un havre de paix aussi.

Hier kann man ganz wunderbar den Urlaub genießen!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der kleinen Apartmentanlage sehr genossen. Schon die Anfahrt, ab Agio Nikolaios durch die Berge, bietet tolle Panoramblicke und rechts und links der Straße blühen im Juni wunderschöne Blumen. Die Poolanlange ist sehr schön mit Liegestühlen und Palmen und umgeben von einen Garten mit Feigen- und Granatapfelbäumen. Die Parkplätze im Schatten sind bei den Temperaturen sehr von Vorteil. Von Sitia aus kann man schnell zu wunderschönen Strände fahren. Eleni oder Stelios geben gerne Tipps für die schönsten Strände. In Sitia gibt es sehr gute und günstige Restaurants, nette Geschäfte und es macht Spaß die Gassen zu erkunden. Gemüse, Fisch und Käse kann man dort gut in den kleinen Läden kaufen. Das Apartment ist einfach aber sauber und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Wir können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen.
