The check in and accommodations were great. Unfortunately, housekeeping had shut off the hot water our first night but Anthony was very responsive and fixed the problem soon after I notified him. Great location.

This location was great to drop my paddleboard in the water, was safe for the kids to walk around and go to the beach. Easy drive if desired. I thought it might be crowded with two families ( with three kids) but it had more than enough room to give us space. Would definetly go back.

Great location and very clean home!

We loved how close the house was to the beach and the beautiful Narragansett sea wall — perfect for morning walks and evening strolls. The house itself was very clean, and everything was easy to find, which made settling in simple. While it could use a bit more cooking and baking ware, it had all the basics we needed. We were especially grateful that, even though the listing said no pets, the host graciously allowed us to bring our dog. Overall, a wonderful stay in a great spot!

Location was great. Apartment was bright and clean. We enjoyed being a short drive from beautiful beaches, shopping and restaurants. Anthony was more than accommodating and quickly responded to all our questions.

Girls Trip

The property was outstanding! We had a wonderful time and will be coming back for sure! The house was very clean, bright and beachy! There was plenty of room for all of us, the roll away cot was a bonus! Kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessities, we appreciated the wine glasses! Outside shower and deck was also enjoyed. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and shops, we did drive to the beach, leave early before the lot fills up! At first we were a little uneasy when we arrived and saw the SUV in the driveway then we realized there were tennant's that live downstairs, but after we met the woman we felt much better. There does seem to be a carpenter ant problem, probably want to get that looked into so they don't cause any major damage. Thank so again for everything, it is an outstanding property!!

Narragansett sea wall is absolutely beautiful , truly a spot that the whole family can enjoy , Restaurants , beach , walks ,fishing; it has it all.

What makes this property unique

The property has two distinct living levels (each with its own kitchen, living room, dining space, bedrooms, and bathrooms), and two separate entrances for the upper level and the lower level so you can enjoy your friends and family, but also have a separate space for yourself.
