Why they chose this property

My cute home is in such a great location being close to all that downtown has to offer and is also a short walk to the river trail that can take you for miles and miles up and down the Sacramento river.

What makes this property unique

With this home being newly renovated, it stands out from the rest in the area. It's well stocked kitchen allows one to cook to their heart's content. There are several mini split AC's throughout the home that provides the benefit to keep one area cooler or warmer than another.
