Trinity Ranch Rescue presents Kevin's Cabin! A 3,300 sqft log cabin just outside Durango city limits. This majestic 3 story cabin sits on 12 tranquil acres with a pond fed by La Plata River. Enjoy the hot tub while star gazing, sauna, shuffle board and viewing deck. The cabin is pet friendly (please disclose pets at time of booking to apply pet fee) with a fenced yard. Great central location for adventures, family gatherings and romantic getaways any time of the year!
Step inside and be greeted by cathedral ceilings, spacious living room (one queen sofa bed) large TV, wood stove fire place and large cabin style windows for viewing the beautiful countryside and wildlife. Also on the main floor is a fully stocked kitchen, dinning room, full bathroom and laundry room. Exit the kitchen to a fully fenced yard with wrap around deck, outdoor dinning, grill, and the HOT TUB!
Follow the split log stairs to the huge loft with amazing views. In the loft you will find a shuffleboard, a large table with chairs, a reading nook and the master bedroom with full bathroom.
Follow the split log stairs to the finished basement were you will enter a large living space with couches, TV, game table and two sets of bunk beds. Attached is two private bedrooms with queen beds and TVs. On the other side of the stairs is a full bathroom and the SAUNA! There's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Whether you're lounging in the cozy living area or enjoying a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, our cabin provides all the comforts of home.


PLEASE NOTE:**During winter months, a four wheel drive vehicle is required to access and depart the Cabin during heavy snow or ice. The Cabin is 7,000 feet above sea level. Please take precautions for altitude sickness. Security cameras are located at the front entrance, facing south field and north field. There are no cameras in the house or in the backyard area.
