No need to ever lug your belongings upstairs, this unit is accessible via an elevator. The unit also has two well lit dedicated parking spots located in the lot below. Enjoy the views from your own expansive private deck or kick back indoors with the massive sliders open wide while taking in the breeze and relaxing in this brand new custom pad. Looking for a peaceful nights rest? This is your place. The unit also has brand new beds and linens. Don't feel like cooking? Just walk out your door and hit up one of the many restaurants that downtown Durango has to offer. Or choose to stay in and enjoy the beautiful fully stocked custom kitchen. Living is easy at this location. Come check it out!

Located downtown, and only one block off of main street. We are above 2nd Ave Sports where you can rent bicycles, or ski gear.

**Parking Lot cannot accommodate oversize vehicles like RV's and Motor homes. Our parking spaces are 20 feet long. There is free parking in the neighborhood behind the building and free city parking on the weekends. **

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here for a family ski get away and loved the property! I was so nice to be a BKW to walk down the street to eat dinner and shop in downtown Durango. The condo had ever we needed and a great set up for storing show equipment, boats and parks. We loved this modern clean place and would definitely stay here again!

The location downtown in Durango is excellent, and communication with the owners was fast and easy. Great parking, large deck with fabulous views, comfy furniture, well-stocked kitchen, close to all the restaurants, shops, and even the river trail. Great stay!
