The pool was very nice, beach access is right next to the condo, takes 4 minutes to walk. All of the staff is incredible and treat you like family. We will absolutely return and hopefully stay in the same condo.

Family getaway

Good for purpose. Great things - location and staff Need improvements - beds weren’t comfortable, hot water tank was not large enough for the place, had to take cold showers, loud noises coming from the pool at night, too much large furniture for a small place

I'd say to maybe upgrade the kitchen, and bigger beds, and the master bathroom bath tub was clogged the entire so when u took a shower the water was up to your knees.. I called the office and they did nothing about it, which I thought was kinda sad. Otherwise cozy

Good location/ but serious safety concerns

Location is amazing, free parking spot, walk to the beach in 3 minutes. Accommodations adequate and as seen in pictures. Beds comfortable. Internet access but No cable or streaming for TVs ( should have disclosed). CONS: serious safety concern, only one number entry lock on front door! NO chain or safety lock for inside door to ensure safety and NO entry of someone with code!! Also , NO safety bar to truly lock the sliding glass door on patio!! These are a concern for ensuring safety of guests and when you have a young child staying who can easily open the levered door knob on front door. Luckily it is a safe area… but still needs addressed!

Tired Condominium

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo for years. Each year that we come, it keeps getting more tired and worn-out. A few extra throw pillows and chair cover do not do much. Each year we hope that it will finally be renovated...but not so. The couches are old and tired. The chair now has a cover, but that is only a band aid on a worn-out chair. The light over the sink hasn't worked in 2 years. The garbage disposal did not work this year. We are lucky if the drawers work in the dressers and bathrooms as each year, another is broken. The living room rug needs washing and the Wi-Fi keeps going out when using the TV. We love the area and these condos, and come here every year to Isle of Palms with our family. We also rent 2 other units for our children. They are pleasant, updated, clean and modern. Please, please, give B105 a renovation!!

Great place with no parking

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo for years now and have never had a problem with bringing 2 vehicles. This year was a different story, my wife was told over the phone we could park on overflow parking for $10 a day and we were fine with that but when we arrived at the office for check in they told me I would have to find other parking that they have never done that. I know for a fact that was a lie because I have personally used the overflow before. I was told to use the county parking lot but after talking to the local law enforcement there is no overnight parking allowed. The woman working the computer in the office was very kind and nice but the manager was as rude as they come and should not work in customer service.

Filthy Unit = Unhappy Family Vacation :(

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Oceanside Villas no less than 15 times and probably more like 25 times and this was the least pleasant experience I have ever had. The unit was filthy. My 5 year son's feet had to be washed repeatedly throughout the day where he would go barefoot in the condo (not on the balcony) and his feet would literally be black. We called and had the unit cleaned on Tuesday. The showers did not drain. Additionally the furnishings were soiled. I have concluded that the photos of this unit are old. The furniture is visibly stained and discolored. There were ants in the hall bathroom and long black hair in the bathroom (I have blonde hair as do my children). The only saving grace was the location of the Oceanside Villas. All this to say that we while we love the IOP we will be looking for another unit to stay in next time.

Reviewer Comments: As I already reported, the unit needs the flooring in the master bedroom addressed (it has a noticeable dip in the floor at end of bed nearest window)....tub in guest bath difficult to turn off...kitchen sink horrible to regulate...very limited dinnerware at all....that is best I recall...sorry!
