The Seagrove Villas is a wonderful community of well-maintained condos surrounded by lush greenery, neighborhood pool, and just steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Within the Resort, it's all about location and this unit is ideally situated within walking distance of the popular Grand Pavilion, Conference Center, and many Wild Dunes shops and restaurants.

Enter the villa and immediately appreciate the modern design with an open floorplan and spacious rooms. The living room is tastefully decorated with simple, elegant furnishings and neutral accents that complement the natural light from the porch windows. It is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good book or gathering around to enjoy the flat-screen TV. Located just off of the living room through the sliding doors, the open-air balcony allows the guest to take in the beautiful sights and sounds of the nearby ocean. The dining area, with comfortable seating for five guests, is only steps away from the fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a nice home-cooked meal.

Also located on the first floor (or main level) is the guest bedroom (Bedroom #2), which contains two twin beds, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. Up the stairs on the second floor of the unit, you'll find the master bedroom (Bedroom #1), which features a king bed, flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom, and incredible ocean views.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sweetgrass condo! The unit was spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We loved being within walking distance of all the highlights—beautiful beaches, resort shops, and great restaurants—and having the pool right outside our balcony was the perfect bonus. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!

The condo was fantastic. We loved the layout. With the bedrooms on separate floors, it provided privacy for us. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We especially loved the view of the water and sitting on the balcony. The hosts were responsive to our questions. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the resort. We were only in town for a long weekend and wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities of the resort and the condo. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great location

Spring break

My family and I stayed at this property during spring break. We loved the proximity to the beach. We enjoyed the wild dunes area. We made good use of the kitchen and had several good meals at home.During our stay, the washing machine broke and it was replaced within 24 hours. The management company was very responsive.

Beach Vacation

The property was very clean and convenient to pool and beach. The condo had a well stocked kitchen as well as bathrooms. Would have been great to have a few beach towels to use. Overall great stay and enjoyed our visit!

Overall great experience

The condo and complex had everything we needed for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is excellent with the proximity to the beach and the Wild Dunes amenities. The unit seemed to be relatively well maintained, although there were some minor issues with the plumbing and electrical outlets as well as the keypad to enter the unit. I would stay here again.

Cute place-great location

We stayed the weekend for a wedding. It was an unusually cold weekend unfortunately but we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the condo. The condo is older but well kept. The heat worked well it’s a great location too. Would love to stay here again in the warmer months!

Super location and comfort

We had a great stay at 8C Seagrove. Perfect view of the ocean and pool. Deck was shaded in the afternoon which was so nice. It was nice to have two floors as well to give us privacy from our kids. The pots and pans need an upgrade, but overall well appointed!

Amazing townhouse!

Amazing time had by all. The townhouse is just as described and has everything you could need. It’s a home away from home. The views from the deck are amazing for your morning coffee and watching dolphins swim by! Such a relaxing place. The proximity to downtown Charleston is perfect so you get the best of both worlds. The check in and check out process was so easy everything was just perfect. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us we cant wait to return!

Exactly as advertised

The condo is everything you see in the pictures and as described. We were very satisfied & would return in a heartbeat. The pool is a 15 second walk and the beach is 45 seconds. The condo is very clean, has everything you will need (less beach stuff which is normal all junk at other VRBO’s), and the location is perfect.

The unit we stayed in was old. Definitely needs to be updated. Couldn't tell if it was dirty or just showing its age. Stains on couch cushions, walls marked up. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders. The tile in bathroom on first floor was pulling up and would stick to our feet when walking on it. The community patio furniture looked like it was just pulled out of a dumpster. The only positive i can give is the location on beach.

Treasures Found :)

We are very familiar with Wild Dunes / IOP and look for any opportunity to return. The location was perfect. Weather not so much-unusually cold and cloudy.Still found a way to take my 3x/day beach walks. The condo was pleasant, but the main floor bathroom could use some updating. tiles were coming off the floor, shower water pressure issues. Communication great and maintenance came promply.A Mirror in the Main Floor Bedroom would be helpful to do makeup and hair when a bathroom is occupied. Wall hooks in bedrooms are always helpful. This location was so nice because it took me 1 min to walk to the Best shelling area in 7 years of exploring Wild Dunes and IOP. A couple Sandollars floated right over my foot :) Found many welk waiting for me on the beach. I will be back and would recommend this fairly priced condo.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was great (very short walk to beach), we had a view of the ocean, the property was designed well, clean and had everything we needed. Be prepared to only have one extra trash bag, enough dishwasher and laundry detergent for one load. You have to pay extra for more. The condo is also 3 floors up (provides a great view, but for someone who has difficulty walking up stairs, keep that in mind). There aren't any beach chairs at the property so we rented from the company suggested by Sweetgrass. Plan ahead when you rent them because it took over 2 hours for them to be delivered and one of the chairs was broken! Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay there again!

The only issue I had was the master bath.

The master bathroom. While showering the water wouldn't drain. Even after showering. It took a few minutes to completely drain. The sink had the same problem... The contact number was called to make known of the issue. We received a recording saying the office was closed. Although this cause an inconvenience. Having to go downstairs to take a shower. I feel this was uncalled for. The person who clean the room should've reported this so it could be fix prior to our arrival. It's my hope to hear from your company soon.

Great place to stay!

This unit was in a great location and very comfortable. It has a back stairs access to the beach and pool which was nice for chairs/umbrellas that didn’t have to be brought into the unit. There is a beach bar, grill, ice cream shop, beach store, and golf shop two units over. The bike rentals is in walking distance of the unit as well. Great find and will stay here again!
