Beautifully upgraded oceanfront condo in a fantastic location only steps away from the beach. Completely remodeled and re-furnished in 2024, J102 offers luxurious interiors, all-new appliances and a wonderful ground-floor location with easy access to the coastline, historic walking trails and the Auberge Mauna Lani Hotel. This spacious and bright property takes full advantage of its location on the oceanfront corner of the Mauna Lani Terrace community, offering an expanded patio with views of the nearby ocean. Relax outside to the sound of the crashing waves, or enjoy sunset dinners with views of the island of Maui across the channel.

The spacious living room offers 100% all new furnishings - including a dining area, a sofa sleeper couch (with a queen size mattress), an upgraded entertainment center and large glass sliders that can be opened to create an indoor-outdoor living experience. The kitchen was remodeled in 2024 to be larger and more open than other Terrace condos - creating a spacious and airy central living area. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, ocean views, a private patio and a large en-suite bathroom with two vanities and well as a soaking tub and large shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed, a trundle bed with two twin size mattresses, and a private garden view patio.

With a sleep capacity of eight, J102 is perfect for families or small groups looking to enjoy the Big Island from a prime beachfront location. All guests also receive access to the private Beach Club, located only a short walk away along a beautiful coastal trail. Enjoy snorkeling in the morning, and then have dinner at Napua's restaurant, or take a stroll over to Auberge Mauna Lani for more dining and night-life options. At J102, everything you need to have an amazing vacation is within walking distance of your front door!

**Guests of J102 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club. Guests will have complimentary access to the private lap pool, fitness center, locker rooms, pickleball and tennis facilities. This exclusive partnership with the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection, is offered to only a select few vacation rental properties. Awesome space

Lovely updated condo that was perfect for my husband, my son, and I. We have stayed at the Terrace condos before, but absolutely loved this particular unit.

An Unforgettable Stay in Paradise!

Our stay at this gorgeous condo was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, luxurious upgrades, and perfect location, just a 5 minute walk away from the sandy beach, which was a blessing to have with little kids since corrals and sea urchins were our big concern.The condo itself is beautifully designed, with high-end furnishings and appliances, real leather couches, and an open and spacious layout, all of which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The location is unbeatable! We loved walking the scenic coastal trail, snorkeling at the Beach Club, and really took advantage of the exclusive access to the Mauna Lani Auberge Wellness Center and restaurants (their breakfast options were phenomenal), a major bonus that made our stay feel even more special.If you're looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly located retreat on the Big Island, this is it! We can’t wait to come back. Mahalo for an unforgettable stay!
