Bring your group to watch a stunning view of the sun rise from our screened-in front porch! We have a spacious 2700 sqft, 5BR, 3 full bath home on acreage that sleeps up to 16. (Add Garage Suite that sleeps 10 more for EXTRA CHARGE & sleep a total of 26! See details below.) Our gated entrance offers privacy and security for our guests. Enjoy outside activities that includes a pickleball court.

Situated 23 min from KCI, 7 min to Liberty, 25 min to Chiefs/Royals stadiums, & 30 min to downtown KC.

GARAGE SUITE:
Our new garage suite sleeps 10 more for EXTRA CHARGE. Pictures and amenities can be seen in extra photos. The space is NOT included in on the listing price or bed count. It is 1,150 sqft studio space with kitchenette, 1 full bath, and 6 twinXL + 2 full size beds. New space cost: $250 per night more + $150 cleaning fee. Please inquire if you would like to rent with your booking.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
This 5-bedroom, 3-bath house sleeps 15 max. The open, spacious living area (approx. 1000 sq ft) flows into the kitchen. The master suite includes a full bath with a shower and jacuzzi tub. Enjoy the screened-in front porch, a back patio with a propane grill.

BR 1 (Master): King bed, TV, attached full bath (jacuzzi, walk-in closet). Sleeps 2.
BR 2: Queen bed, TV. Sleeps 2.
BR 3: 3 full beds, TV. Sleeps 6.
BR 4: 1 full bed. Sleeps 2.

Great place for our family reunion

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful property and with both the house and bardominium had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time together. Well stocked and very clean.

Paul was very responsive anytime we needed anything. The house was perfect for all of which was 15. We were there to celebrate our son in law’s graduation from Midwest Baptist Theological Seminary. It was located in a quiet gated area just minutes from anything you need. The kids loved playing outside. Well done Paul, your property was great!

Perfect place for a guys trip to KC

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was 30 minutes to everything we wanted to do. Eazy to get to and eazy find. Quiet location. Fire pit and property were exactly what this trip needed.

Great property!!!

Everything was clean and house is just as pictured if not better in person!! There is also plenty of room outside to enjoy the scenery and weather. The host had great communication and accommodated to all our needs. The views from the property were absolutely gorgeous and it was a great place to celebrate my friends birthday!

Absolutely stunning place

This place was amazing. Everything was so accommodating for us all. There was everything you could think of there to make the stay perfect. The place is so beautiful and smells so nice. Pillows are so comfy. I would 1,000% stay again. The host were wonderful at getting back to us so fast if we had any questions. You need to stay here if you want relaxation and beauty!

Excellent Property

Perfect property for our annual friends trip to the KC area. House was large and clean. Sleeping areas were as advertised. The remote location was perfect for a large (and sometimes loud) group of friends. We got ALOT of use out of the pickleball court on the drieway.

Very nice house and property.

Stayed at the property for a 60th birthday celebration. It was an excellent house and property for our gathering. Lots of room both inside and outside. Very clean and well decorated. Loved the fire pit. Great communication from the owner. We really enjoyed our stay.

Property and host were excellent! Huge gathering space for our family Thanksgiving. Everything we needed was available. Great anemities and decor. Host paid close attention to details. Plenty of things for kids to play with. Very comfortable. Will stay again.

My bridal party and I had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and provided the perfect space for us to prepare for my wedding. The host was extremely responsive and kind, which made the experience even better. Unfortunately, there was a small incident with a curling iron that caused some damage to the bathroom counter. The host brought it to my attention in a very professional and understanding manner, and I truly appreciated the respectful communication. I’m thankful for the insurance coverage to help resolve the matter. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I would absolutely recommend this property to others.

We lived and raised our kids on our property for about 7 years. Some of the main features we loved about it was it's outdoor space it provided on acreage to do activities outside and the privacy we had with a gated entrance. Watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee from our screened-in front porch was our favorite. It brings us joy now to see others enjoy the things we enjoyed for years.
