Bring your boat or fish off the dock in the backyard! 2 bedroom/2 bath condo!
We have owned this beautiful condo since 2017. We absolutely love the location! It is the perfect mix of the beach & the lake feel! Located on Lower Grand Lagoon and just 2 blocks from the beach! We are in a gated community and it is so peaceful. Bring your boat or Jet Ski and tie up to the dock in the back or just bring a fishing pole and fish off the dock! We also have a golf cart available for rent at this location which is perfect for loading up beach gear & spending a day on the beach! We also love driving it to dinner at one of the many great restaurants on Thomas Drive or Front Beach Road! This condo is very spacious with its large living room area, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths! The front & back balconies are perfect to watch the sun rise & set!
